I ordered Classic Eggs Benedict with potatoes. The egg yolks were hard, but the potatoes were great. I ordered fruit juice without ice. The fruit juice arrived in a tall glass, and I reminded the waitress that I asked for the juice without ice. She came back with the juice without ice in a short glass. I was surprised!! I have never experienced that service before.Parking: This is a popular location, so you may have to park further away from the restaurant.

We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We came around 10AM, so it wasn't really that packed like it always be on a weekend. We was seated the moment we walked in. I forgot our waitress name, but she was nice and friendly and any questions we had about the menu, she explained it to us thoroughly. She was very tentative at all times. I ordered the traditional breakfast, with my eggs scrambled with no brown and with cheese. My wife ordered the Bacado omelet with extra bacon (no upcharge for extra bacon). and she loved it. We had decaf coffee with our meals. The prices are reasonable, and the establishment was nice and clean, and it didn't have that egg smell when we waked in. If your in the neighborhood, I would definitely recommend that you stop by for a quick bite to eat.

Diana was our server and she did an amazing job. She was very busy but stayed attentive, very professional and the food was brought out in a timely fashion as well!

Would not recommend this location. Service was very poor. First, we were told to go sit at a booth and wait for menus. About 10 min. later, a server walked up and asked if we had been helped. Told her we needed menus which she provided us with and then took out drink order. She returned a few minutes later and took out drink order again. She took our order, returned with drinks and I asked if I could change my order and she said no. Eventually we were brought utensils as we waited 40 minutes for our food. When I asked previously how much longer she said she wasn't sure bc Sunday's were very busy. No matter how busy, 40 minutes is too long. I told her we were leaving bc it was too long and all of a sudden our food showed up. My food was soggy and my potatoes were hard. I had to track any server to get drink refills bc out server was MIA. Would not recommend this location. Will drive to the other Pembroke Pines location were the service is much better.

The ambiance is excessively noisy (which makes me sit outside, but then nobody comes to serve you), and the service is excruciatingly slow. It's baffling that they never have black tea available, especially for a breakfast restaurant. It's evident they either have a shortage of staff or suffer from severe organizational issues because I've visited numerous times across different locations, yet the service remains consistently poor. While the food is decent, you have to cross your fingers they don't mess up your order and deliver it promptly. Unfortunately, I find myself repeatedly leaving negative reviews, but it seems they couldn't care less as nothing ever changes. Look at my “sunny side up” egg. Not.Such a pity, because the place is great, but th tardiness, the awful service and poor food makes you want to never come back. And have I given this place many chances!

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Waitress Desiree forgot to place order for my breakfast. Checked in on the table 20 minutes. My family ate their breakfast while I never received mine.

decided to take the wife and kid to have breakfast here. they got their food but 30 minutes in my food never arrived waitress been gone and never checked on us once. I looked for her and told her to cancel it. I watched other people that came after me ate and left. I asked for the manager another 30 minutes later like it's incredible how horrible the service is and they're so nonchalant about it. like oh you hungry we didn't bring you food okay sorry.

Great service, was seated on the middle of the Sunday Brunch rush after 15 minutes for a party of 2. Immediately greeted with coffee, and my food was ready rather quickly. Market skillet hash and AM Superfood bowl were both fantastic!
