Great food. Awesome service! Cozy setting.

Horrible service the hostess and waitress act like they are doing you a favor. 99% of my reviews are good reviews but I’ll drive to another first watch before I go back to this one.

I order pick up from here and I missing my eggs and what is this small portion and got biscuit and half

Customer Service is lacking in comparsion to all of the other locations I have been to. Server walked up with an attitude didn't write down our order; of course, he messed up a few things with the order when it came out. Missing sides, wrong drink, etc.

Host/front desk person was happy to not help us with out check being wrong.

I really love this place, but the last few times I've been the service has been horrible. On one of those times I asked the server to toast the bread more and she brought it burnt apart from the fact that all the food was cold. On another occasion I ordered 3 items and the waiter only brought one and didn't even remember that I asked for 3 things. I don't know what's happened to the service here, it's been the worst lately.

I love this first watch it’s close to our house and everyone is so sweet there. All of our waitresses and waiters that we have had have all been amazing ?

First time trying First Watch for a breakfast meeting, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious and so plentiful I couldn't finish it all. The kale green juice was refreshing, but the real star was the morning meditation juice - I loved it so much I grabbed one to go! Even though the place was busy, we were seated quickly, and our server, Alexa, was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She deserves a huge shoutout! Overall, a wonderful experience. First Watch is definitely going on my family's must-visit list. Great job!?

Megan our server was excellent & very friendly.The Cobb salad & the breakfest was very good, large portions and the artisan bread was great.
I highly recommend this location in Pembroke Pines for nice atmosphere good food and friendly staff.
