I order my food for delivery and received one item out of the 3 ordered. The one item delivered was ice cold and not even sealed with the proper tape that is required for delivery. I call the restaurant and the person that answered said the order was picked up by two people, how do two people pick up the same order? Lying to the customers terrible service never again will I order from here

The reason why Doordash and Uber Eats orders given here are extremely late is the store manager with a tattoo on his face. For example, today I went in to pick up an Uber Eats order and while I was waiting, a group of about 10 people came in behind me. Even though my customer's order had been given in the system long before, he gave priority to this group of 10 people. While the Uber Eats customer was waiting for his order hungry, these people who came later took his priority. I told this to the store manager when he gave me the order almost 30 minutes later and he did not care at all about what I said. This place and its manager definitely do not value online orders as much as they should.
