I've been going to this location for years now and it's always been a great experience. So I was surprised at the disappointing experience I had yesterday. I ordered the lunch special burger, I was asked how I wanted the burger to be cooked, I asked for medium. The first one came out burnt and not edible. I hate returning food and getting a new order in fear of it coming back incorrect again. But my server insisted on getting me a new one. I cut the second burger in half and it was rare. So rare that the blood had soaked through the bottom bun. Jenna, my waitress came to ask how it was and the first thing she said was it's too over cooked again? I showed her the burger and she seemed just annoyed at me more than anything. I was charged for the burger any way. So I paid and then spoke to the manager Justin, just to bring it to his attention. He was amazing, apologized, and said when I come back to ask for him. I'll still recommend people to this location. The staff is always very pleasant.
Cold fries no silverware no napkins nothing just the food and that was it
What a great atmosphere, and the wait staff was AMAZING!!! So very friendly. Made lunch with my best friend that much better!
Justin and Victor were so nice and friendly. They made my visit very warm
I’ve been a loyal customer of Flanigan's for over 30 years, frequenting locations like Kendall, Doral, Hialeah, Hallandale, Weston, and Pembroke Pines. My go-to orders have always been the wings or the Caesar Pasta Salad with a double portion of grilled tuna.
Today, I visited the Pembroke Pines location on 172nd. The server was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was as expected—perhaps a bit busier than usual for a Thursday evening. I ordered my usual Caesar Pasta Salad with a double portion of grilled tuna.
Unfortunately, the experience took a turn. The order took longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, there was only one portion of tuna. I chose not to bring it up at the time because I was hungry and figured the server may not have heard me correctly. I also don’t typically complain at restaurants.
When the bill arrived, I casually mentioned the issue to the server, who was apologetic. Shortly after, the manager came to the table. I initially thought he was coming to offer an apology, but instead, he disagreed with me about the serving size. I explained that I’ve ordered this dish countless times and was certain it wasn’t a double portion. However, he continued to insist otherwise.
I decided the disagreement wasn’t worth pursuing further, but I feel compelled to share this as a potential coaching opportunity. For a $100 bill, it’s unlikely I’d make a fuss over a few extra dollars unless I was genuinely shorted.
That’s all—just some feedback from a longtime customer. Rant over.

This review is based solely on the fact that they are terrible at catering to any allergies. I recently had a baby who cannot have any dairy therefore I asked for my salmon to be cooked without butter. For the most part every restaurant is completely understanding and does their best to accommodate. Flanigans just straight up said no they cannot- sorry too bad. If you have an allergy good luck trying to eat here.

Two days before Christmas and the place was packed with customers but very few staff. The staff that were on did their best and the food is mostly always good. I love their chicken wings, especially on the $6.99 lunch menu. The loaded baked potato was great but only lukewarm.

Good ribs and fries. Very good pasta salad and cole slaw. I ordered medium hot wings, but got plain. Firecracker shrimp had very sloppy presentation- drenched in sauce, wilted lettuce, and runny tomatoes. It made the golden brown, hot and crispy fried shrimp soggy, with batter just falling off. Very messy. They could have placed the sauce on the side. It wasn't requested because I wasn't expecting that much gloppy sauce. They could have also lightly sauced the shrimp, or drizzled on the sauce, like the picture on their menu. First time there, but not likely to return.
Restaurant is dirty, and food horrible! Sticky floors , bathroom are disgusting , I promise myself to never go back
