Even though it was ST Patrick weekend I was seated right a way. I was starving... I ordered a full slab of baby back ribs and veggies. The ribs were awesome as always & the veggies nice and crispy. Great service!

This visit was unacceptable. We were a party of 7 on a Wednesday night after an event. Was given a booth for all of us , which we didn't fit. Had to request a chair and put it in the aisle. Waited approximately 15-20 minutes, and no one would come to attend us. Had to flag someone down to get to attend our table. 30 minutes after we sat down, we finally had a waitress. We asked her if we could get the booth next to ours to spread out. She had to get permission, and that took another 10-15 minutes, and still we haven't ordered. Overall, it took 3 hours for a 1-1 1/2 hour visit. Not happy with the service that evening.

We had a party of 8 for an 18th birthday. The server, Marcelo, was excellent and on point.The birthday girl ordered the Guiseppe Pasta. It was a bowl full pasta with chunks of tomatoe. No garlic nor spices. She did not eat the pasta.My wife's chicken was dry and her sweet potatoe fries were burned. We returned the fries and by the time they came back out, she was finished eating.My Grandson's burger, ordered medium rare, came out well done. It even had a "well" plastic flag on it.We have been eating at this restaurant at least once a week or more since last April (we are down from Tennessee until May) and have always had a great eating experience. I am not sure what happened with our order (ticket 0293 on 03/18/24) but the food was unacceptable. I am sorry to contact you with a negative review.

Flanigans has always been our "go-to" place. However, the last time we went and tried the rocking rib rolls, we noticed that they made some changes and did not like it at all. Not a good experience food wise.
