Tables were not the cleanest, but place was quiet, great drink and condiments/fixings bar selection. Everything fresh, burgers cooked to order, hot and juicy. Clean restrooms.

I’ve been at this location several times and the service or experience have been a hit or miss. The last time I went for lunch I don’t have much to complain about. Our food came out pretty quick and the burgers were cooked as requested. Something that I have previously complained about. The milkshakes were perfect and everything in the salad bar looked fresh.

Felt rushed through large menu of choices. Would like oppertunity to have menu offered in hand. Selected SantaFa Turkey burger -Gross it was cooked on/in same surface/grease as beef. Lower bun soaked wet by sitting too long. Wish I remembered to take picture. Scarse sparce toppings. One teaspoon each of salsa, unrecognizable white specialty sause. So many other choices of restaurants in competition - NEVER AGAIN!! Greasy mushy tasteless slop.

We were just about to eat when suddenly there was a cockroach on the table and another on the wall. Very disappointed and disgusted. I will never return and I will also report them to the relevant authorities. Pembroke Pines Florida

Food is great. The guy calling out the orders and delivering the food is rude and should show some respect to customers and learn basic manners.
This is one of my favorite hamburger joints in the area. I love the atmosphere here. And, it’s always festive during the holidays. The food is consistently good, the service is always great, and they run a clean operation. Always a pleasure.

I’ve been coming here for years. A spot for quick burgers. I was there yesterday. I ordered three combos for me and my family. And some onion rings on the side looked like a young girl maybe training who knows! one of the combos came with no fries. I asked why she said you ordered it that way. I said why would I order 3 combos and one missing fries. Then they brought out the suppose onion rings and it was a large tray of fries. Again we asked why fries we asked for onion rings? She said No. The manager was called we explained what happened. About the onion rings and fries. He looked at the receipt and said no you didn’t. My wife said yes she did. We looked at the receipt and the cashier entered the wrong items. The manager did not try to resolve the situation he just pushed the receipt back. In a rude manner. No apology, no suggestion, no offer on how to resolve the situation. Completely ignored us. Not a person you should have as a manager. Not to mention he looked he has been eating all the leftovers. From service each night. He stood by his employee, not the customer he wasn’t trying to hear it. I ended up buying a side of fries to avoid fighting with guy. Conflict resolution is key. Not everyone is trying to steal
