The drinks were really good!! And OMG the staff that were taking my order is super nice. Love this place and definitely will comeback
The staff were unprofessional and worried more about their conversation with each other and playing music then they were making our order. The drinks were not mixed well and did not taste as good as they usually do.
Drink is always good but getting way too pricey. Paid 9.7 for a large drink.
Waited 25 minutes for a drink. What a waste of time.
A tall boy saw my order and looked very unhappy. He chose to do the orders after mine and asked me to wait.
We place our order of 4 bubble tea and 2 waffles online at 1:25 pm, and when we got there at 1:35 pm our order was not ready, so we waited. At 1:48 I asked the staff for our order and she said the waffle takes 20 min to get ready, meaning we waited an extra 30 min after I asked the staff why our order was not ready.
Me and my friend got there 40 mins before they closed. We love the drinks and the staff that taking our orders was really sweet i have no problem with him or the drinks. But I don't have a really good feeling about that one the staff was just standing there and doing nothing while his coworker is doing a lot of drinks.
Every time I come here there’s at least a 30 minute wait for the drinks and there’s only ever 1 or 2 people working. The employees are always super slow and don’t look like they know what there doing. Today I got there around 9pm and waited an hour for the drinks. Only 2 workers working. At one point they ran out of ice and 1 of the employees had to go get some. Then they ran out of boba and said they didn’t have anymore and didn’t have time to make anymore. At one point a huge group of people came in and 1 of the employees had to stop making drinks and take there orders. Takes to long for only 2 drinks. They need at least 3 to 4 employees working at all times throughout the day because of how busy they get but they refuse to do it. There’s more boba places in the area that are just as good and they only take like 2 mins and I’m not even kidding.
The store hour states it closed at 10pm, yet I got there at 9:30pm and I was turned away and the guy lock the door on me. The least they could say was “sorry we already closed off everything” and I would have understood. Instead they turn off the lights and shoo me away disrespectfully
Why say you close at 10 fo have all the lights off at 9:40?

Wow I just simply love the boba drink in this place!
The energy of the worker was very nice and super calm! I will be back soon.. #iloveboba
Love this place ❤️❤️❤️ me and my friend and I were just here for our first time trying Bobaaa tea. The drinks were really nice. The employee was really friendly and funny. He literally made my day. Definitely will coming back because of this vibeeeee
Boba was fine, but the workers were openly and loudly fighting in front of all the customers and making us not want to be there during our wait for the drinks. They were being incredibly rude to each other and it made the experience insufferable, and it’s probably what made the wait time long as we were the only ones there for 15 mins and they were not able to make our drinks until about 20 mins in.
Workers were very rude and had attitudes. They were too busy fighting with each other to make our drinks in a timely manner.
Incredibly overpriced for the most mid taro I’ve ever had in my life. $8 for a medium taro is insane, in Miami at my usual spot I get a large and extra boba for $7
