We came to south Florida for family spring break. I have fond memories of empanadas and wanted my kids to experience them. Looked for a place with good reviews and ended here. They had a 4.9 at the time, and that was underrated. The flavors were sharp, crisp, juicy, and experimental as well as traditional. All were great and the shell seemed to magically not get soggy despite juicy fillings.The owner kept us entertained while we ate with flavor explanations, recipes for sauces and tales of the area. My kids didn’t even rush to get back to their switches.Thank you for making empanadas a fun memory for my kids!

We placed an order today for our stylists at Sharkey's Cuts for Kids & everyone LOVED their food!!! We had their beef & mojo pulled pork (amazing!) empanadas, chicken vegetable soup & topped it off with a guava & cream cheese empanada for dessert! I would have shared pics but it all disappeared quickly! Will definitely be placing many orders in the future, thank you!

the owners are so lovely and warm! a husband and wife duo. their empanadas can be baked or fried and they’re made to order. they are bigger than the normal, so be mindful. we wanted to try every flavour but 5 btw 2 of us filled us right up. we tried the spinach and feta, philly cheesesteak and the peruana. all were equally delicious, packed with flavour and you can tell they quality ingredients! the filling was stuffed, pastry was light and each empanada has their flavours stamped in the corner! we’re travelling from out of town or else we’d bring this home with us - definitely coming back before we leave to try more flavours! cuban cafe con leche was also great. if you’re in the area or a bit of a distance away - come, don’t even hesitate!!! it’s absolutely worth the drive, we’re already deciding which ones to try next. thanks for a great meal ?
