Häagen-Dazs ice cream is hands down one of the best treats you can buy. The texture is always smooth and creamy, and the flavors are incredibly rich and satisfying.

I just spent $10 +tip for a one ice cream scoop waffle cone. When I walked in the place was a mess. The wash rooms were in disarray. Toilet & Paper napkins were everywhere on the floor. The tables and furniture were sticky from god knows what. A large industrial bottle of soap adorned the edge of the sink in the washroom that was open. One of the two washrooms was unusable. I asked for a glass of water I was told I needed to purchase a bottle of water. This ice cream establishment is EXPENSIVE. The presentation of the facility & service should match the cost, IT DOES NOT. This Haagen Dazs store is a very poor representation of a high end product. The owner has obviously forgotten about thier property or doesn't care or both. If a purveyor doesn't have respect for their customers, customers will not have respect for the facility. This causes multiple poor reviews as is prominent on this Google page. This store puts a black mark on what is otherwise an excellent brand and shopping plaza.

My wife and I visit this store today and we are amazing of your products. However the most important component is your staff, specially Bianca who treated us with a welcoming smile and helped us all the way. Thank you…❤️

We went to this location this past Friday night with our grandchildren. The service was excellent. The employees were very nice and made sure our grandchildren got what they wanted. However, children being children they got their hands and face dirty so we took them to the bathrooms to get them cleaned. In the men's bathroom there was no water coming into the tank to flush. In the women's bathroom the soap dispenser was empty and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. This review is being written to make the management aware that this needs to be addressed.

That store is managed by rude people. I went with my friend for her to claim her free ice cream on 5/13. Tell me how the lady who works there decided to put conditions on how the rewards work by obligating her to make a 5-star review to get her ice cream, I went there earlier and that was not a thing. She was not the only one doing it, there were a bunch of people thinking that it was supposed to be like this. I found that rude and disrespectful, working as a manager in a store I'll never treat my clients that way. Dishonest and bad customer service. Check on your team members. Treat your clients right.

amazing atmosphere and workers, the line was long and yet it still moved quickly. i got a midnight cookies and cream dazzler and it was absolutely delicious. great time overall, would definitely come again.

Back then the staff weren’t great but they definitely changed a lot!! I love getting my cakes from here too!! Just love this place lol so much it makes me happy every time I come in & somehow they remember me & greet me & my dog when I bring them. OH ALSO DOG FRIENDLY
