Not trying to exaggerate but this is the best sushi I have had and definitely the best of them in Miami. Not just for the excellent service, but it's because the sushi is unique and exquisite, I really love it. The prices are how they suppose to be, I like the way the restaurant is organized and how it's decorated. 100% recommend

Very nice modern restaurant good for lunch and dinner. Has a wide variety of sushi and entree dishes. Very well priced for the quality of food.

Excellent food and service. The food is fresh and yummy. They don't have much choices for alcohol, but I not a big drinker so I wasn't bothered. It's a nicely decorated restaurant. I have been there 3 times and I have always been pleased.

What a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. Best sushi we have found up here.

Best of the best! Can't wait for the re open! Best sushi, Haruko roll, two face, and the Noah roll. Not your typical sushi rolls, so much better!

Over all it was ok. Not worth all the hype from other reviewers Ambiance was nice, clean (despite the cob webs in the chandler over our table), and the waitress was helpful. We got three rolls and the Haruko roll was to die for... On the other hand, the spiny lobster roll should not even be in the menu! Not a fan. At all! And the Two Face Roll was ok, but it lost the feeling of sushi for Me. I mean why is their Italian parmesan cheese in my sushi?? The seafood miso was good, very flavorful. The tuna pizza was good, but I felt the cracker took away from the really good tuna. And very small, but a shareable appetizer for a table. No fried rice...my son was disappointed. A little confusing with the check in offer on yelp, It said $10 for $65 not $10 off your $65 check. They said it was wrong and they would change the incorrect wording on their ad, but I still didn't get the offer I was advertised.

The food is actually pretty good (wasn't crazy about the over steamed edamame). The ambiance is really nice, however... if you have your staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off, you will lose your customers. We saw almost every table looking around for water refills, server to greet them, clean their tables, waiting for their food. It's crazy. We ordered the Thai donuts, 11 minutes later she tells me they're out. Really?! I hate to say it, but we aren't coming back. Sucks because the food was good enough to keep exploring. They couldn't even print me a receipt to verify the total. She had to give me the tablet. No biggie right. I pay, give my tip, sign and she just leaves. My 3 stars is solely for the food.. had you had better service, you would've gotten your 5 stars and rave review. In fact, if you had a manager in the restaurant, no one could've ever figured it out.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We went there the first time and service was horrible, the food is average. We decided to give it a second chance. We got in and stayed at the door for 8 min, the restaurant wasn't busy. A hostess guided us to our table no apology. We looked at the menu and stayed at our table for 15 min, no one came by. We decided to leave and we did and no one noticed, no apology no question why we were leaving. This is the worst restaurant in Pembroke Pines.

UPDATE: 2/12/18 Would make this a 2.5 stars. Would be less if it wasn't for the dessert. Have been there twice before and this is the first time we were not offered the Peruvian corn snack DESPITE waiting so long for our salmon miso butter dish (which btw, was overcooked and the quinoa that actually tasted more like couscous was super bland; sorry not sorry but the wait and quality of that dish was NOT worth the price on the menu). The server couldn't answer my questions well so I didn't have any satisfying answers. And we went on a weekday and the wait took forever. The Crudo Roll and the Takoyaki Balls were good but not spectacular. The best thing we had that evening was the Brownie Roll, and sadly this dessert is the only thing keeping it a 3. All my other friends who have tried this place were not too fond of it, and I'm slowly seeing why. I really wanted to give this place a chance but I'm losing hope because quality isn't really there and the customer service especially at that last visit was subpar. -------------------- Actually 3.5 stars, but I do see potential in this place. After all, I like Asian and Peruvian foods so I love seeing Peruasian Fusion. Had a casual double-date dinner with my honey and our close friends after some moving-and-storage errands and it was a good thing after all that hustle-and-bustle a nice restaurant like this was not too far away. You would find something as pretty as Haruko more south, perhaps in Doral or Midtown, but it's great to see more places like these pop up in Pembroke Pines! The plaza has a Publix, a Goodwill, some commercial places and offices, so Haruko truly stands out where it is located. So would it be considered a whole-in-a-wall? Perhaps, as this new place unfolds its potential. We started with Pork Belly Steamed Buns, Pork Criollo, and Salmon Tartare. As pretty as they all were garnished and plated, they did not fancy me at all. The pork in the buns were tougher than other PBSBs I have tasted, and the Criollo tasted similar. I'm not too fond of overcooked pork belly. The Tartare was good but it was in a mushy texture, as if it was a filling for a spicy salmon roll without the spice. Expected salmon chunks. Salmon skin on top, though, was a new thing for me to see for tartares. All in all, skip the appetizers. Go straight for the entrees! My honey and I shared the Haruko Roll, and I never had a sushi roll with truffle before. I really liked it, mostly because truffle and partially because my tastebuds needed some excitement after the appetizer-let-down. Although, I would definitely ease down on the goat cheese, because that is also a strong flavor and I felt like there was a battle in my mouth -- Truffle Oil VS Goat Cheese, who will win? Our friends had shared a lomo saltado noodle dish, and I got to sample it, and I liked it too. I also saw in the menu the option for healthier rolls, ones packed with protein (multiple raw fish) and the option to use something other than white rice. If I feel the need to lighten up with a healthier choice, I'd order from that portion of the menu. Or even so, eat half of a noodle dish and save the other half (yay portion control). Not too bad, but after seeing other friends try out the same things we've ordered, it looked better (a friend snapped a pic of her salmon tartare and it was chunkier than the tartare we ordered), so I feel like it all depends on the chef. Could be that one night a chef overcooked pork belly and made finer cuts on salmon, who knows. Until then, I won't completely disregard this place because I see it has pretty good potential. OH, and just to note, I was an Instagram follower of Haruko, watching its progress and keeping track of when it would finally open. So if you want updates on happy hour and specials, they do have an account.

Wow, wow, wow.... It was super delicious! We tried the Noa and the Haruko rolls. They were super good. Our server, Cesar, was very atentive and friendly. Overall, I would come back to try other dishes.....

I was pretty excited to try this restaurant out because it's a Peruvian and Japanese Fusion. We came in on a Monday after running around doing errands and were in need of some good food. We walked in and it was only us so we had any choice of seating. Once we got our seats our waiter came over and we needed some time to figure out what to eat. But he never gave us a chance to decide because he came ever 1-2 minutes as if we were being rushed. Then we asked him a question about the Lomo Saltado Udon noodles and another noodles that had Lomo Saltado Udon so we wanted to know the difference in dishes and he couldn't explain it to us. After him rushing back every few minutes we decided on our meals. We decided on the Grill Octopus(appetizer), Crudo(sushi roll), and the Salmon Miso Butter(main course). We ordered all this together but figured we'd get the appetizer and sushi around the same time. So when we did we started trying out the octopus which was a fried ball of octopus, it tasted great and the sauce they had with it was a perfect match. Then the sushi was good but nothing amazing that stood out about it. Then as we finished those two dishes maybe 10-15 minutes go by and no salmon which is fine I didn't expect it to come right away. Then another 15 minutes go by before the waiter comes over to say the salmon will be out in a moment. As we waited three other tables get filled and I'm guessing they all ordered sushi because they all got their meals and paid for them way before we got the salmon. Didn't offer anything for us to snack on while we waited but other tables got something I believe fried corn is what they offer. Then 10 more minutes pass and we got our 2 small pieces of salmon and about 7 asparagus and quinoa. The salmon was over cooked and I understand quinoa is bland in taste but it seemed like they just took it out of the microwave and put it on my plate. So as you can see I was disappointed with that meal. So after we finished our meal we ordered dessert. We chose the brownie roll and again it took some time that our waiter had to come back and let us know it'll be out in a moment. But let me say that brownie roll is what gave them the three stars I'm giving them because it was delicious. So between the service, the wait and food taste 3 stars. I most likely won't stop by again and if I do it's only to get the other dessert rolls.

I was near this Neighborhood and time for lunch and this restaurant was the first appears when I search for sushi restaurant. Restaurant is huge, very modern decoration and clean. When I open the door my first impression was the emptied but Right away I was seating, bring me the lunch menu, the waitress was very polite and friendly. I ordered from the regular menu the signature roll call IKE salmon temp, avocado, crab salad, fried plantain and coconut on the top, very good taste and spice, love it... different combination. Need to tell although the food, service was excellent thanks that I wasn't in a hurry for lunch because I wait 15 minutes for the order and only me and other table at the restaurant but can't wait to comeback soon to try the other kind of sushi never seen before.
