This was beyond terrible. We came here based on high reviews, but I guess the reviews were written in China. The hot pot is just a bunch of flavorless, chewy, uneatable seafood and tripe/ low grade meat dumped in spicy broth. With some mile long noodles. Thai tom ka hot pot did not resemble anything from the authentic Thai soup and was just plain gagy. Sichuan hot pot was terrible, but it least it lacked the boiled chewy unswallable flavorless octopus and calamari featured in Thai tom hot pot. This was, hands down, the worst food I have ever had. With terrible service by obnoxious waiter, to boot. Just plain horrible experience for my $160 for the three of us.

My sister and me get kawawa ramen here all the time and it hits all the time! We also get Boba and it’s so delicious. Just feels like such a homey place at this point, the staff is nice! I wanna try something new but that ramen is just too good!

food quality was not the best, I guess each individual has different taste buds, the beef hot pot was bland and didn’t taste good aswell as the spicy broth one, service was good by the food quality wasn’t.

Fantastic Ramen and Hot Pot – Great Service and Value!

I recently dined at Hi Pot and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The ambiance was cozy, perfect for enjoying a warm bowl of ramen or hot pot.

The menu had a great variety of options, and everything we tried was flavorful and satisfying. Both the ramen broth and hot pot ingredients were fresh and delicious. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes.

If you’re looking for a spot with great food, excellent service, and fair pricing, Hi Pot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I come here almost every weekend to get their bulba tea, which is by far the best original milk bulba tea in Florida, and maybe even the US. I haven't found any other tea that comes close to it. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly too!

Little hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. My GF stumbled upon this place looking for dinner options. We got the Sichuan hot pot, stinky fermented Tofu, pork belly and there milk tea grass jelly dessert. Mike our was accommodating and I even got a chance to use speak my native tongue (Cantonese) will definitely be back and bring some friend to try the different pots.
