Horrible customer service at the take out window. Not worth the price for bad service and bad attitudes. Can only imagine how worse it’s inside. The hostess should do a better job.

Went to dinner last night. Tayla was my waitress and Rayka was my bar tender. They were amazing!! I’ll go back just because of them!!
Couldn’t even give 1 star for the food Went in on 1/23/26 for take out. Food was late. Had to wait over 40 mins when I had already pre ordered over the phone. The food was HORRIBLE!! The chicken was over fried and was black inside. I ordered 10 wings breaded. A waste of money. Hooters use to be so good but it has gone down. Looks like the cooks are giving anything to the customer. Will never go back again! Next time give good chicken. My chicken looked old. Threw in garbage!

Brittany was great all the girl were great but the manager John or Jon not sure how he spells it was great I had to issues and he took care of the problem and handled it very well!..will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Emily was my server, and the service was unacceptable and dangerous. I ordered my wings all flat, well done, and hot. I was served mild wings that were visibly undercooked. When I sent them back, they were taken to the back and returned after being tossed in hot sauce, not properly cooked, and placed back on my table. I ordered ranch with my meal and never received it. I asked another server and received nothing. I then asked Emily for two ranches and was given only one. I asked again, she acknowledged me, and then ignored me while cleaning tables. I had to state out loud that I had asked multiple times and was being ignored before receiving the second ranch. Due to the delays and negligence, my food became cold and I sent it back. Emily never checked on our table, never asked if I needed anything else, never informed us of last call, brought the bill without being asked, and never offered boxes. Most concerning, I am pregnant and was served almost raw chicken. This is a serious food safety issue and a major health risk. Serving undercooked poultry is unacceptable and could have severe consequences. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is alarming. I will not be returning to this location. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be escalating this matter due to the health and safety concerns involved.
