Ok where do I start ! I honestly wanted to give this place another chance but I really shouldn’t have . I didn’t order through uber eats because you know businesses say it helps them a lot if you order directly through their site so I did. So you can’t pay on their site you have to pay in person. Show up with your card and ID (they don’t even check ID or card) . So online it said it would be ready in 23 mins so by the time we arrive of course it wasn’t ready because they wanted to receive payment first. We had to wait 36 minutes to get our food and other people who were coming to order in person waited less how ? I don’t know but okay. At that point we should’ve just ate at the restaurant instead of ordering pick up. Let’s talk atmosphere lol when we walked up I guess a manger or whoever he was talking to the hostess Gabby about something she had done. She was cursing and being very loud about it. Not very family friendly and thank god my daughter wasn’t there to hear her mouth just for the guy to tell her it was a joke. I’ll stick to the one in Hialeah. Very inconvenient for pick up and the girls are not very professional well at least the hostess. The cashier tried to say it’s almost ready after seeing our faces and knowing how long we waited. And she smiled at us so that’s why I’m giving 2 stars just for her. Haven’t tasted the food so will update
Update:; only edible thing was the fries, sour on the lots and tots smelled and looked clumpy , I guess there is a shortage of drumsticks because only got 2 and the rest were flappers. $100 for trash food and they forgot some of my items. Never again

The chicken wings are delicious, the only thing is that the Hot sauce they are making now is very greasy, they use butter with supposedly hot sauce and it doesn't work, what happened to them?

Took a long time. Food was ok service was horrible Girls were on phone and didn’t care about customers. My server didn’t even thank me for the gracious tip I left. All cooks were screaming at each other. Was a circus. Don’t know how they stay in business . I won’t go back.

Discriminated by the waitress. Wait too long to get your food. Ordered the Buffalo wings and they were greasy. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was salty. The Patron is not filtered. Don't waste your time or money.

I ate the wings with the garlic parmesean sauce, and that was TOO MUCH SAUCE!!! As much as I love sauce... ranch dip was NOT needed. The wings were too oily for my tastes, but their shrimp was very tasty. The waitress was so patient and sweet, though, she let me take my Sprite home.

My server Vanessa changed my mind about hooters. No wonder she is a calendar girl ! Great customer service, and a gorgeous women. Would love to see her behind the bar. Will be back, and with friends!
Haven’t been to hooters in a while and decided to go today. Disappointed. The service and atmosphere were fine. But the wings.. trash. Literally had an after taste of garbage. Ordered 20 wings just to have eaten 2. Not sure if it was cooked in old oil or what, but it literally had a disgusting after taste. The Buffalo dip tasted has if it was microwaved and artificial. We sat down and left after no more than 20 mins. Felt sick afterwards once I got home. Very disappointing :(

VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE! RYAN THE NEW MANAGER SUCKS!!! He does NOT know how to deal with customers and I can understand being new but being a “manager” and lacking a basic understanding of how to deal with people is beyond me. Whoever decided he should be dealing with people should be evaluated because he is horrible!!!!!
