Hot Off De Grill has really tasty patties! :-) Definitiely one of my top favorites in South Florida, everytime I'm in the area I need one of their patties. This place is situated in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. It is a clean family friendly establishment with very nice staff. The oxtail is very tasty and rich in flavor. Stop by and check them out if you haven't yet.

So I went there the other day, and let me tell you, THERE WAS A BIG RAT RUNNING UP AND DOWN IN THE RESTAURANT TRYING TO GET OUT! I asked to speak to the manager and they was so rude about it!

Called to place a takeout order, while outlining what I wanted I was paused by "Tasha" if that's her real and told that they don't take phone orders and put away food unless you pay over the phone. I informed her this was new to me, she informed me that "Bob" made this change 2 months ago. No problem so I say here is my order again, she asks if that's all I say yes are you ready for payment, she proceeds to tell me she can't do that because she has customers in the store. Thanks for bringing the nasty Jamaican customer service to America. This was why I stopped buying from Aunt I's. Train your staff of hire better people. This was 6:48 PM 5/29/2024

Arrived at 1:50 and waited 10 minutes in line with only 2 customers ahead. The server takes the order and begins to prepare 2 lunch specials. It reaches 2pm and she then says that they can no longer honor the lunch special once 2pm hits. Gives me no choice but to change my order although we were already there and being served. Service needs improvement but the food is solid!

This has the be worst fried chicken I've ever had from a Jamaican restaurant. No seasoning and just dry dry and the girl behind the counter should at least be a bit more pleasant, so serious with no likkle personality.

Goat curry was delicious, tender, juicy and spicy! Rice and beans, plantain, vegetables it was a huge portion with lots of yummy sauce. Thank-you for a great dinner in Pembroke Pines.

Management should look at hiring a crew that knows show to smile and greet customers. Attitudes suck and service has gradually decreased since my time going here and I’ve been going here since the doors opened. Employees act as if you’re inconveniencing and annoying them when you come in to buy food. Once you see this, explain to your employee’s that the people who come in to support the store are the same people who generate the revenue that pays their wages. Take out the trash.
