I went to have breakfast with my husband at this IHOP and I must say from the moment we walked in we received superb customer service. Lysette greeted us at the door and sat us. It was a bit cold inside and when I asked if I could speak to the manager to have the air turned down a bit, she obliged. That’s when I met Ortice. He was very kind and accommodating and made the temperature inside warmer. Lisette also moved my husband and I to a space in the restaurant that was known to be a bit warmer as well. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and service was prompt. We had special requests and all of them were met. I’ve been eating at Ihop for many years and most times my food requests are not right, but for the very first time everything that I asked for and everything that my husband asked for we received. I will always come back to this Ihop to eat and recommend it to anyone else. Ortice is doing everything right at this spot!!!!

**incomplete order and inconvenient wait time** Ordered two meals this afternoon. It’s Sunday, I understand the “Sunday morning, post church rush” so I figured that there would be a slight wait, but dang… online stated my order should be ready by 1:10pm, I did not receive my order until almost 2pm! There was no one at the entrance counter to assist with cashing out, take out orders or pick up. The waitresses that had their several tables had to come and assist, which dampened me and the other parties waiting experience and I’m pretty sure the people who were dining in experience. With all of this multi tasking (that didn’t need to happen since they WERE NOT SHORT STAFFED), I did not receive the three pancakes I ordered! And my other food was also cold. IHOP, do better!
