I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem. But today was just….. not good at all. I went out with my grandparents so it was just the three of us and we were waiting literally for an hour for our food. The waitress left us hanging for a while without any update. Another waitress approached us and told us they were short staffed. I completely understand what it’s like to be short staffed but it would have been nice to have been informed about that from the beginning. My grandparents were so frustrated and they had every right to be. Our food was also sent out incorrectly and we never received everything we ordered. I was really disappointed at the service today. The attitude of the waitresses was also not the best. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The two ladies we tried to talk to were Allison and Marla. They told my grandpa “I don’t know what to tell you” when my grandpa tried to tell them about how the service was and rolled their eyes. Like I said before I know what it’s like to be short staffed but there is a way to do things and an attitude for when things are crazy.

Ordered coffee: we have no cream. Ordered mozzarella.sticks, we are all out. Ordered fish and chips: we are out of French fry’s. Only one person working all the tables. One man come in and waited to be recognized. He went back to the door and opened it several times making it ring each time. Hello Sir I will be there in a minute. Not good for him or us. WILL NOT RETURN.

We were kinda on the fence about this IHOP because it’s located a shopping mall and not the typical stand alone location with blue roof. But my family and I we really impressed with the quality of food and service. You should definitely she this place out.

My dad and I visited this ihop and loved the customer service of JJ, the GM and the Manager, Courage. They both displayed professionalism and was very happy to listen to us give us explanations as to why they didn’t have something and just took their time. Wes was amazing as well. I will definitely come again.
