Parking: Good accessible parking access... at 9:15AM on a Thursday, the lot was "fullish," but then again all 3 drivers, in 3 separate cars, found a space within 20 yards of the front door.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessible parking, stepless entry, tight quarters throughout part of the restaurant but I did see people in wheelchairs within the dining room and they had plenty of space. This IHOP met my standard for "reasonable accommodation."

First and last time here. It wasn’t a bad experience but I didn’t enjoy nothing about it. I ordered a steak omelette and I had to send it back after 2 bites. I like well done but dang it was burnt and said hashbrowns on the side it was in the omelette but it lacked any good taste to it. The whole thing was completely bland. Our waiter took FORRRREVERRR to get take our order and to come back and check on us. And when we were paying in cash he took out a big wad of cash in front of us counted some, just to put it back in his pocket to proceed to the register. He made us feel so awkward and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend the food or the location

The 1 star is not because of the employees.They do a great job. The 1 star is for the online orders which ask for gratuity And doesn't give the money to the employees.. Then I have to leave a tip when I pick up my order being forced to leave a double tip 1 for the employee and 1 for corporate this is theft. And it's just greedy and wrong . Pure greed it's disgusting

Just stopped by for a chicken fajita omelette paid extra for avocado. I believe they went into the garbage to pick out the nastiest one they could find. Employees and their clean restaurant is why we pass up two to go to the University and Sheridan IHOP. Please just say your avocados are rotten. Don’t pass the cost of an avocado on to the consumer. We are all trying to make ends meet just like everyone else. Do better.

We have visited the one on University Dr. twice and it has been a complete failure. The pancakes never arrive, the soda was flat, the waiter was bad-tempered and the house was full. I don't know if it's because of the lack of staff, but the service is very bad and the food is very poor. It's obvious that they do it to comply and they don't care about keeping the business going over time. They should consider giving the staff a makeover, at least, maybe that way everything will improve.
