We have been going to il Tuscano since Mario took over, and since day one we have enjoyed the food, service and hospitality. Ida our server is very special to us, she will go out of her way to accommodate us. Mario is not just the owner, he is a very humble person and is very dear to us. If you are ever in the west side of Pembroke Pines, please stop by, and you will enjoy the exquisite restaurant just like we do surrounded by family ??

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The food was good and I could tell it was made to order but it wasn't the best Italian food. They need more seasoning/cheese in their sauces as well.

We had a not too bad experience earlier and wanted to come celebrate Christmas Eve dinner. Bad choice. The server was very rude and unprofessional. He splattered saliva when he spoke. May have had hearing problems and issues with understanding English. The food and sauces were watery. A small portion of chicken Marsala was like $23. The zucchini fries smelled like fish and were oozing oil. We had to order Chinese after leaving the place. Quit unfortunate that the standard of food was low in a decent ambient restaurant.Vegetarian options: The server does not understand what is vegetarian. He brought a meat layer in the burrata
Excellent service food is delicious drinks and desserts are amazing. I recommend this place for family some parties and also romantic dinners.

BUYER BE AWARE .... The food is good. The restaurant is nice, although a bit noisy as there are no booths or noise hampering divisions.Service was attentive and friendly, so I would almost say a great choice; BUT, big but, while the web site warns (if you check) that parties of 8 or more will be charge 20% service fee, our party of 4 was charge the 20%, without warning or being informed.Of course, we did not check for this and left the customarily 18% -on the already 20% bumped-up total. Service was good, but not 42% tip good. I feel deceived and taken advantage of, and also fool for not checking. This days, you can not trust anyone

The food here is exceptional and not super expensive; but I will never agree to adding tip (especially at 20%) to a party of 8 or less. A tip is a compliment and should not be what you decide - my personal opinion.
