I would like to preface that I don’t like to get subs. This jersey mikes opened a while ago and my friends really wanted to go but I was hesitant. Walking in I was pleasantly surprised that I met eyes with sexy Danny Devito. I was having a bad day and it made me laugh for the first time in a while. When I walked to the front I was greeted by the nicest employee I’ve ever met, Fabi. She was attentive and hilarious. When I ate the sub she made, all my opinions about subs changed completely and I’m definitely going to come back.

Got a sandwich at this location for the first time. The guy put so little meat that I questioned it. Mind you, I usually have to ask them to stop putting more meat because I prefer more veggies. In this case I wasted $12 on a sandwich where I couldn’t even taste the salami. Won’t be back. When questioned he said that 8 pieces of salami was correct and said I could pay for more if I wanted. Thanks but no thanks the prices are already too much!

This was my first time at this location. I was so impressed by the customer service and cleanliness of Gio and Fabi. I ordered a Club Sub and she even weighed to make sure I got enough meat. Subway doesn’t give you that ha! Jersey Mikes 1 Subway 0. Will definitely be returning to this store.

I hate leaving negative reviews but sometimes it's just a necessary evil, the employee doesn't take direction or made my sandwiches the way I asked. Drop mayo container on the floor, picked it up and cleaned it and did not change the gloves she was making sandwiches with. I asked for no tomatoes and what does she do... Adds tomatoes.... I paid for my subs and threw them out.What a waste of $30
The new location is AMAZING the vibe is amazing in here and they keep the place clean everytime I’m here the new worker here terrance always satisfies my expectations of a good sandwich and his personality is top notch this is my new favorite spot for

The subs were very good with plenty of meat in them. The service was very nice. The place was very clean and neat. The only bad thing is that it's in the back of mall and not easily seen from the street.

The customer services here is horrible.. this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online, given a time to pick up my food, get there 5-10 minutes after the time they gave me and when I arrive.. you guessed it, my sandwich has not even been prepared. So I have to sit another 10-15 minutes waiting for my food.This type of customer service is irresponsible and unacceptable .. management where are you!
