Very rude person working at counter
Not welcoming and mad face on
I stood at the end of the counter when I entered, the person very nasty said if I was ordering to go the other end where the sign said order here.. My wife and I immediately walked out as other people in line were surprised at how nasty the person behind the counter was.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sub from Jersey Mike’s and they completely messed up my order — wrong toppings, missing ingredients, and not even the right bread. Mistakes happen, but what really made it worse was that when I tried to call the store to get it fixed, no one answered the phone after several tries. It just kept ringing and then went to voicemail. Terrible customer service. I expected way better from Jersey Mike’s. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Everytime I walked through the door I feel welcomed no matter what day of the week it is. Jas and Shay Are Always AMAZING. Today i got to meet Kalib and he was also amazing.. The store is always clean. I love this location.

It was my first visit at a Jersey Mikes, and it was an incredible experience. Not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by shift leader Chandler who walked me through all options and took the time to ensure that I knew what I was ordering. He ended up making my sandwich to perfection. And while he was making the subs, I had the pleasure of meeting another employee Fred who also was making sure I was liking my first visit. These two were absolute superstars with Chandler showing first hand why he is a shift leader. And then of course there is Kaleb Webb who delivers the epitome of customer service I suggest you visit this location if you want great sandwhiches made by first-class team members who if they could be cloned would ensure Jersey Mikes remains at the top of the heap. They are all about the brand and are indeed superstars. Plus the restaurant was spotless!

The attitude at this location is terrible and the staff clearly doesn’t care about basic hygiene. I’ve watched them touch dirty surfaces and then handle food without even bothering to change gloves.Had a big argument with their so called manager and was going to call the police on her. Made a formal complaint never heard back from them that says a lot.

Someone recommended Sonny s famous at hollywood , what a famous piece of garbage that was! Jersey Mike's philly cheese steak is amazing !!so are the other sandwiches ..
