Received my order of 2 large Italians one with only lettuce and Mayo, no meat no cheese nothing else but mayo and lettuce. Contacted corporate and the offer no help. Then proceeded with a charge back and the challenge it, I decided not to appeal it but this location stole money from me by not being able to do a sandwich correctly. Do not come here stay away from this location. I can see why this brand is fading away everyday more. Will not visit any Jimmy Johns location ever again.

Terrible experience in the Pemboke Pines location the MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE! The manager were screaming at this one lady who said she had her disable son in the �, plus it was rainy. She wanted to get a sandwich for him and the manager said sandwich per customer, just rude.
