Stopped by the Jimmy John's drive-thru and ordered a basic #4 Turkey sub with a side of potato salad. The potato salad was flavorful. The turkey sub was solid, nothing fancy but it was a simple order so that was expected. The bread was fresh and overall it hit the spot. The girl who took my order was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude, which made the experience even better. Service was fast!

When I went in on Monday, this one young girl with big hair, I believe she helped me a lot. She was super fast; she got me in and out, even when I was changing my mind, along with another male and female. This was the fastest I’ve ever gotten my sandwich. I really appreciate their patience and understanding

The customer service here is absolutely without question top tier. I forgot to request my sandwich toasted and they (Joshua, Demetrius, and Gabby) remade my sandwich to give me the best quality sandwich possible. I’m very grateful for that.
