John the baker never disappoints

My son only eats John The Baker pizza. When we travel I am always in trouble.

⭐️ Overall: 7.5/10 — Solid Italian spot with great pizza, friendly service, and just a few small tweaks needed!

I tried a variety of dishes here and overall had a great experience:

🍝 Pasta Fagioli (6/10) – Good flavor but not soupy enough for my taste. Still enjoyable.

🍞 Garlic Bread (8/10) – Super soft and fresh, but could use more garlic and Parmesan to really pop.

🧀 Baked Ball of Cheese (3/10) – Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The breading was bland, and the cheese itself was way too salty.

🥪 Meatball Sliders (7/10) – Tasty meatballs with nice flavor, but the bread was the same as the garlic bread (without the garlic). Very soft but too thick, and since you have to build them yourself, they didn’t really feel like sliders.

🍕 Meat Lovers Pizza (9/10) – The star of the meal! Crispy, cheesy, meaty, and evenly topped — every bite had flavor.

🍋 Limoncello Cake (7.5/10) – Light, sweet, and a nice way to end the meal.

💬 Service: The servers were awesome — super friendly, attentive, and helpful with menu explanations. Big shoutout to Manny, who made the experience even better with his great attitude and knowledge of the dishes!

Definitely worth checking out — especially for the pizza. With a few small adjustments, this place could easily jump to a solid 9/10 across the board.

Lived in Broward for 30 years before moving to NC. Had to get lunch with friends on a recent trip back. Best garlic rolls and pizza. Pasta dishes are gerat also.

Absolute highway robbery $99 for 3 Large pizzas. It’s a shame love the place but last time I pay for a pizza there. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Lost my business no mention of $3 credit card fee and toppings $3 each. Stay away!! Thanks but no thanks.
