If i can give this a zero star i would🤬! My husband went over there and asked customer service if they could bring out his order since it so happened that he is too short of breathe to walk in the store and his oxygen tank was running low and the lady told her “ THAT’s NOT MY PROBLEM!”. Unbelievable 😤 My husband begged her and explained the situation but the lady dismissed her!📌 I guess compassion and kindness is not part of your menu! Shame on you lady 🫵! Thank God there was a good soul that afternoon who offered my husband he’d go pick it up for him inside 🙏 My heart broke after my husband told me this ( it was his first time to go to the store coz i usually do it myself) unfortunately when i called the store pass 5pm to talk to the mngr. i was told he left. On top of this, even if u include in your order utensil and napkin, they will never include so beware! Also , always check the number of chicken before leaving they always miss one or two. It happened to me to which the mngr was nice to offer a spaghetti plate with chicken on my next order. This time around Jollibee, your customer service is beyond me 😑 To be rude and inconsiderate to a valued and loyal customer is unacceptable!❌ You just lost us but hopefully after this, you would treat your customers with KINDNESS and COMPASSION. My husband or any other person did not deserve to be treated such way! Attach here is the receipt ( spent $53) 💢Go spend your money somewhere else!

This is the most disgusting 🤢 food I’ve ever eaten. People should not buy this food. My daughter wanted to try the food we went to and bought OMG this messed up my day it should illegal for a restaurant to even sale this thing. Disgusting 🤮

Very bad experience traveling from Miami because my son and his friends wanted to visit him bad service they did not deliver our complete order we went to complain and waited 40 minutes for them to solve the problem the food was too greasy bad bad bad experience

Cashiers are often young adults with no customer service skills. Blatantly disrespectful experience with a female today. I was asking about the menu and she muttered, customers are so annoying. I let Ron, who was the manager on duty know about the altercation. I’m not sure if anything was done after I left.

The food was so good, when I took a bite into the deluxe chicken sandwich it felt so good. The mash potatoes stated nice and soft like it's supposed too plus my favorite part was the biscuit, the biscuit was not dry like some other biscuits I had before it didn't make me try to dive for the water afterwards it made me sit there and enjoy the softness

I've made a trip from kendall (Dade county) to experience this....on the pricey side but it okay...it's nothing like I'm going to do this all the time...I like the one in cebu...in america everything is different and pricey...but good chicken and good peach pie.

First time trying Jolibee's! I'm a very big fried chicken affionato so this was on my bucket list. UberEats had a 60% discount on a $30 order with free delivery so I went for the 6 piece chicken bucket with mac/cheese, fries & Gravy. The delivery person did NOT knock on my door to advise me that the food was here! NOT NICE! After checking my messages I was informed that the food arrived! The chicken was good but I still prefer Popeyes original. The Cajun Fries at Popeyes are much better. The mac/cheese was just OK! To tell you the truth, Jollibee's is no big deal & is more expensive than KFC or Popeyes. They say the spaghetti is special but I don't think so!

I can’t honestly believe that you guys decreased your bun size and selling the same deluxe chicken sandwich ($7.49) with a straight face. The bun is the same size as Wendy’s junior cheese deluxe . Do really think that customer would not notice? I’m disappointed because if I want that small thing I would have gone to Wendy’s for about less than $3.49. The first time earlier this year I bought that same sandwich, the bun was large I had to cut the sandwich into 2 , which I appreciated
