I order a cilantro lime bowl and unfortunately I had the longest piece of hair all crumbled up with the food. That was such an unpleasant experience. I made a full video of how disgusting it looked. š¤¢ not to mention how hard my impossible chicken was! Hard like a rock. I come to this location a lot and never encounter any issues until 2 months to now.. last time I ordered and I asked for medium on dressing .. when I got home finally wanting to eat my food I couldnāt, it was soaked in dressing and not tasty.

Love their food but bad service. Iām always kind to every worker (like a normal person) and I usually get attitude for 0 reason about 99% of the time here. So if you donāt mind attitude / negative energy from the employees for good-ish food then I recommend lol

Had a great experience here! When we walked in, we were greeted by Meylin and she had such a great attitude! She was so nice and made sure to take care of our needs. She even made sure to make adjustments for my 3 year old, who wanted to see her make the food! Thank you again Meylin! Definitely coming back!

I love the food and the concept at JustSalad, but every time I order online for pickup, it takes 45 minutes to an hour. They help everyone in line first and then get to my order. Itās disappointing to see such a great concept hurt by this issue. I hope they can fix it.
