I visited this KFC location today and, unfortunately, experienced some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I typically avoid confrontation, but the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional during a simple interaction. At other KFC locations, similar requests have never been an issue, so I was surprised by the response I received. Customers should not be spoken to disrespectfully, especially when they are simply placing an order and paying for their food the way they prefer it. That said, the food itself was excellent. However, customer service—particularly from management—is something that seriously needs to be addressed. Respectful communication should always be a priority.

Food tasted strange. At least 3 pieces were inedible. Workers just hanging out instead of working or cleaning the dirty meal prep area. Never again. Stupid app sent me to this location. I didn't go out of choice.

It took Kfc long enuf 2come out w/chicken & waffles! The hubby & I like a good chicken & waffle so, we headed in. We ordered some extra crispy chicken & waffle w/fries. Now, Kfc chicken is Kfc chicken. It doesn't really change & it's as tasty as fried chicken comes. Now that waffle...they shouldn't have done that. The thing is way 2thick & way 2small. All I could tolerate was 1bite. So, yum 2the chicken & yuck 2the waffle "puck".
