Terrible experience! The manager (older man with glasses) was very rude. I came in to pickup an order I ordered online and he was at the counter. I told him multiple times that the order he gave me was not mine. He gave me someone else’s order and got an attitude with me when he realized he was wrong. Just go somewhere else.

Everybody working in establishment needs to be fired especially the manager. A older male manager who wears glasses is one of the rudest managers I have ever encounter. No wonder the employees are just as bad as him. Please fire this manager, and then fire the general manager for hiring him. Worst KFC I ever been to in my life. DO NOT COME HERE

this place sucks, i bought the family fill up + 8 tenders, chicken sandwich with the fries,a famous bowl and 8 pc nuggies, it was scheduled to be ready in 20 mins, so i got a notice on the app that it was ready, i got there and nothing was ready and they made me wait for over 20 mins for food that was supposedly ready for pick up, this isnt the first time either, i will be taking my business elsewhere and they forgot my 8 pc tendies which i paid for, do better KFC or re-hire better staff, that old spanish dude keeps messing everything up and yall made him a manager smh

Poor customer service. The night manager on duty was extremely rude, loud and aggressive. I wanted to order 3 wing combos for my family/friends. He stated that he can not sell that many wings in an order per corporate. I advised him that all other locations allow for a 3 piece combo to be wings. You can not force someone to eat dark meat and besides I am still paying for the order rather it was me or 5 other customers who wanted the same order. At least the chicken is being ordered and paid for. He was just rude so I left and went to POPEYES and got better service and 4 piece wing combos with no fight. That was $45 KFC missed out on from being nasty and rude to customers. This manager even refused to give his name. I will never go back to this location. The real sad part is, they had no customers in the drive through or inside so it is not like he was booming with business. Sell the chicken and drop the ego Sir-
They just need to close this location. The last couple of times I've gone, the food was horrible. I will not be going again. They run out of food. Food isn't fresh. They are open when they feel like it. Close early when they feel like it. Food not fresh. I only went because other places were closed and I was desperate. I'd rather starve from now on.

After visiting this KFC on July 17th, these are some sorry food, I was too tired to go back there to give them this garbage back. My drink was pure seltzer! I had to park and wait 15 minutes for my food. Then they sent the slowest person to come out to bring it! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE! If you're looking to pay for a bag of disappointment then this is the KFC to visit!

Doesn't know they need to fry more chicken as they run out. Absolutely absurd. The location on Pines Blvd and Dykes in Pembroke Pines needs to close down. Lots if negative reviews because of customer service. Here's a tip KFC: fry more chicken!
