The night staff is horrible. Never experienced a girl so rude!! She didn’t even let me finish ordering and told me to pull up twice to the window. When I get to the window she had a nasty attitude about me not deciding to what I wanted to drink. I ended up pulling off because I was about to throw my water bottle at her because of how rude she was. I think if you don’t have patient to work with people then you don’t need to work serving food! Lost a loyal customer wish I got her name but it’s 08/27 8:47pm only nasty attitude female there!!!

The worst experience of my life . Found hair in my food and when I asked team member Vaushay for fresh food . I was told because I’m white and my nasty attitude that my chicken was probably dropped on the floor before being placed in the box . I would never eat at this location or any KFC ever again. This racist act was distasteful . She said it was not the first time and won’t be the last .

Tasha and Shelly were very attentive and full of life. Great service. Recommended some of the new food items and the cherry pie poppers. Food was ready before the timeframe they gave me and was delicious when I got home and devoured it all.
Recommended dishes: Gravy, Cole Slaw, Pot Pie Combo

The food ordered is OK not the finger licking good lol. The biggest thing is orders are never ready even if ordered online 30 to 40 min before picking up and have to wait in parking lot another 15 min or more. Also its either wrong or missing items.
