Ordered 8pc meal this evening (Wed.) at 7:00 pm. No chicken ready and workers couldn’t seem to care less. How in the world does a KFC run out of chicken at that time? New management or closure at this location probably be best.

It is the first time l have ever seen biscuits packed on top of the chicken box then.covered all sweated,.preased and wet. Biscuits had to be tossed. Notice how flattened the biscuit is. Chicken old and disgusting. Water can be seen on cover.

The chicken wasn't all that great, but the fries and drink made up for it. The staff was patient and very helpful, and the environment was very clean.
The service is horrible!!!! I ordered through the app and after taking more than 1 hour to prepare my order, they gave the wrong order to the Doordash person. I was calling for more than 30 minutes to cancel my order and no one answered the phone. After receiving the wrong order, they also do not answer and there is no way to request a refund in the app. I do not recommend buying from this store through the app.

The food is disgusting. The chicken isn’t cooked all the way. I got a chicken leg. So small. Biscuits aren’t cooked all the way. I will never go back to KFC again. Popeyes is 100%better. KFC needs to improve.
