I was calling for more than 30 minutes to cancel my order and no one answered the phone. After receiving the wrong order, they also do not answer and there is no way to request a refund in the app. I do not recommend buying from this store through the app.

The food is disgusting. The chicken isn’t cooked all the way. I got a chicken leg. So small. Biscuits aren’t cooked all the way. I will never go back to KFC again. Popeyes is 100%better. KFC needs to improve.

I have lived next to this KFC for over 25 years and today was the worst food I have ever had from this place. The chicken tenders were completely dry and the mashed potatoes tasted like the cheapest box mashed potatoes you can taste with no gravy when it’s supposed to come with gravy. I had to call KFC corporate and complain about this specific store and they issued me a partial refund. I will never return to this KFC again or KFC in general because they are giving KFC a bad reputation.

It was empty, no one spoke Spanish, I know we are in the US but we are all here, in both languages, and more, but we understood each other, the place was clean, food was hot, fresh and very good tasting as always, KFC IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO ALWAYS EAT ♾️♾️
