The customer service was awful and the New York strip steak was super tough

This place has the best pollo a la brasa I’ve ever eaten. My husband is Peruvian, he always brings his family here when they visit because it reminds him of when he was a kid. Honestly obsessed with the quality of the ingredients, the sauces are so SO well made. We’d go just to eat the salad, it is that good. And the desserts are just 🔥. La brasa is our favorite restaurant since moving to south Florida.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for this wonderful restaurant! The service was very smooth and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. From placing the order to having the dishes served at the table, everything was excellent. We can confidently say that we will definitely be coming back!

Worst service. The staff was very disrespectful. Also the order wasn’t right and the food was overcooked. They took forever to prepare it and didn’t get the order right. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and personally I won’t return to this place.

Today I went to eat and let me day something to the administrator and his/ her employees, first the food was so confused not only to our table to other tables. Customers complained about the order be wrong, we ask for a whole chicken with Yuca and salad without onios, and also half chicken with steam vegetables, the food for the table was wrong they bring French fries instead the yuca, also they bring the salad with onions and the attendant say that she is the only one in the floor she took our salad and never came back with one without onions, when we ask her she said that is not more salad. So I have to ask her to bring me the one with onions, them I let her know that I will take the French fries instead the yuca because but that time food was cold. So she said was not yuca ready. They not informed to customer they just replace without say anything, and on top of that the half chicken that I ask to bring home with steam vegetables was carrots and the stem of the broccoli I dont see any broccoli at all. Today the service and food was HORRIBLE
