Everything was very good, the best empanadas in Miami, excellent customer service 👌 How nice to be told hello. My love, what are you going to love... you can feel the Venezuelan atmosphere

What an unpleasant experience not only that they didn’t attend to my order they had nothing ready hot to go. I would not recommend anyone to ever come to this location. Horrible, horrible service. What a terrible experience.

I love this little Restaurant. Whenever I go to see my doctor I ALWAYS go buy to get some food 😋. I only recently learnt about it from one of the staff at my doctors office. I was very pleased with the quality of the food. The service was awesome, nice, friendly...basically just a great little place.

A place that could be and deserve 5 stars but is dirty and stinking of grease, broken chairs with waiting times of more than 10 minutes

The food is good, the service is FATAL, they have no organization, the lady who serves you treats you as if you were asking her, they brought me the drinks without a straw, I ordered them when I asked for them from the guy, he got upset, they should do customer service courses since they always It has been like this because I have been there several times. I repeat, the food is good, but when I am there I regret it.

They should be more attentive, I ordered 11 empanadas and 9 came in the recyclables.

Very, very delicious empanadas! And the cake too. The closest thing to Venezuela that we have gotten in the area. We will return with pleasure.

The food is great, but what a weird place. I can’t stand going there. I’m Hispanic and speak Spanish perfectly and still can’t seem to communicate with these people. I have stopped going because it’s just weird and also, kinda dirty.

The empanadas lack seasoning and the service is a little slow, but it's not that expensive and the coffee is good.

Very bad attention, they have no sense of service towards the public, they talk while the customer is in line and they do not attend except when they want or they finish the gossip
