It's all right for a quick bite. My pastry, a caramel croissant, was tough, and the hot chocolate wasn't great. But the place was packed, so there must be something good there. I'll give it another shot.

Very cute and welcoming atmosphere. It's cool to watch the action inside the bakery. Very good quiche and coffee however the pastries were lacking in flavor and freshness. Presentation is on point but the quality didn't match the price.

Used to love this place, frequented once a week for first year. Either the lack of training or some other combination of factors have contributed to decline in quality. The bread itself is amazing, always nail it, but stick to the bread of only. My fav prosciutto sandwich that is ~$20 with take out tip has been absolutely terrible and not edible last few times!!! The prosciutto that should be always paper thin, today and past few visits was cut as thick as ham where its like chewing paper - inedible! Ate the bread and cheese, threw all the prosciutto insides in trash. This was the third time in a row for the past couple months, so wanted to leave constructive feedback in hopes of improving. Please go back to proper training to slice prosciutto properly, or change the product back if that os the problem. For the high processed premiums you seem, this os not what i call maintaining the high quality expected for such prices. So disappointing, was my favorite place. I wont return.

Absence of a Manager to make decisions. They kept us waiting for 40 mins, a group of 7 ppl.. We had called the restaurant two days before and they confirmed that the private section where we wanted to seat opened at 9:00am, we wait until 9:40am for a manager to open that section, they apologized for the inconvenience and for the wrong info provided to us on the phone, but no alternative was offered, not even a glass of water while we wait! We were starving and just left and went to Bonjour, that we have visited many times and have already figured out their business.

We tried to do a reservation but because it was Saturday at 9am it was not needed, however we arrived at the restaurant was fulled and the internal area opened at 9:30 and they asked us to wait until that time. Empty area and we waiting until 9:30 not flexibility

didn’t like this place at all. When I visited, they didn’t have most of the items listed on the menu, so there was nothing I actually wanted to order. On top of that, the croissants were served cold and hard — not warmed at all, which was very disappointing. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

My daughter received Lady Baker gift card for her b-day because everyone knows she loves the quiche. We asked if we could eat quiche in the showcase while sitting on the other side. They seated us and we ate exactly the quiche and coffee we always do at Lady baker plus we each ordered a croissant. Service over there was very slow. We didn’t get greeted for ten minutes after we sat and the waiter wanted to know if we seated ourselves as if he didn’t know we were there waiting. Then he gave us water. We ordered and received our coffee after having eaten half of our quiche. Plates weren’t taken tables next to us were loud and we could hear their conversations well but not each other. The attitude the servers had were blase’. Then when it came time to pay, we were told we couldn’t use the gift card on that side. The food came from the other side so we were disappointed.

The more I visit the bakery side, the more disappointed I become. It’s a tiny place crowded with people, so that means that management needs to manage this issue. Also some of us have children and given we are making your business grow, some kid friendly etiquette should be established. Further, some of the customers act entitled (but no one can control this I understand) and after being done with their meal, they sit and socialize meanwhile they see the line of people waiting to find a table. It gets really hot inside when filled with crowds of people. Management should designate a separate area for those that are waiting to order and another for those waiting on their To Go. When customers are done and the establishment is full, management should let them know to leave, and help accommodate the new people waiting to sit.
