We ordered the Prosciutto Sandwich served with Prosciutto, arugula, pesto, & mozzarella perfect for a quick bite during brunch. The sandwich was toasted, the pesto was not overwhelming, a good amount of prosciutto was included, and a filling serving size to get you through your busy day!
Paired with the sandwich, we ordered a Caramel Cappuccino (hot) and a Vanilla Latte (iced). The cappuccino was warm and provided a cozy feel, while the vanilla latte was the perfect āon the goā coffee to continue running errandsā¦.or shop - after all, you are in Pembroke Gardens Mall š
Additionally, we ordered the Apple Danish š which was fresh and tasted like a homemade apple pie. The Dulce de Leche Cruffin (also served with Nutella) is a pastry I had never seen before, therefore the best way to describe it is a ācroissant x puff pastryā dough filled with either Dulce de leche or Nutella. Both desserts provide the perfect bite for any sweet tooth and can be shared between 1-2 people.
Overall, @ladybakerusa (IG) provided excellent customer service with their employee answering our questions and providing excellent recommendations. You can also purchase a fresh loath of bread / sourdough at the bakery; a purchase I look forward to making in the future āØ

I go to Lady Baker on average once per week for the past year or so. I think their food and iced lattes are 10/10ā¦ Their staff is so sweet but the organization of service is 2/10ā¦. I think there is a noticeable disconnect on how staff is utilized to keep the flow moving. Standing in line today, I heard two different groups of people talking about the poor flow. Iāve been there multiple times where there are additional staff just standing there waiting for the cashier to take the orders before they move.. I think the extra staff would benefit from going down the line with a handheld that Iāve seen taking orders to help decongest the line. I know if Iām in a rush, I canāt go to LB. I would encourage the owners to maybe assess other coffee shops, such as Cali coffee to see how they function. The young man with the dreads kills it with maintaining the tables, cleaning and etc. he might the best fit for the behind the counter.

Cute French bakery in Pembroke gardens! They make the croissants in front of glass so you can see the process! Very cool place with indoor and outdoor dining! I ordered an americano and it came in the cutest cup. High quality coffee.

Lady Baker is hands down one of my favorite local bakeries in town. Their pastries are absolute PERFECTION!!! It's all about the layers and Lady Baker knows how it's done. They are consistent.
I love the cute space and everything here is wonderful. The bakery is very modern, clean and cute. They have a neon sign here that is so true, "You can't buy happiness, but you can buy bread and that's the same thing!" Because bread ya'll. Lol. they offer many different things here including pastries, bread, sandwiches, quiche, chocolate and of course coffee.
They offer catering too where you can pre-order cakes, mini boxes of croissants or sandwiches and quiches. Keep this in mind for future parties and events.
I'm a huge fan of their croissants, pain au Chocolat, Kouign-Amann, cruffins and coffee. I will also try any new pastries because pastries are life and the owner, Paula Marsalo has perfected her pastries. You know a bakery is good when they know how to perfect a plain croissant with all the beautiful layers inside. If you open a croissant and see honeycomb layers, you've hit the jackpot. That's how you know!!!
The staff here is always incredibly welcoming and friendly. We've tried so many different items here over the years. I am not ashamed to say we are regulars here, like 20 check-ins kind of regulars. Lol.
The croissants here are so light and fluffy and it really is perfect with the golden crispy exterior and super soft and flaky interior. My kids love the cruffins but I feel like the fillings are usually way too sweet or there is too much of it. This is evident with the Nutella Cruffin and Dulce de Leche Cruffin. Those are a pass for me. I can't handle that much sweetness.
The Vanilla Lavender Latte is my new favorite coffee drink here, so tasty and not overly sweet. The lavender was just a hint and not overpowering as you would think when you think of lavender in your latte. I've had lavender lattes before and I like them but I really like the vanilla addition. Adds that hint of sweetness. Bonus, I dipped my croissant in my latte. Oh em gee!!! Game changer. I always see it done on social media and of course wanted to do the same. So yummy!
I will market Lady Baker all day long because they are one of my favorites!!! But don't take my word for it, swing by and try it out for yourself. Absolute perfection. You'll thank me later!

My family orders from Paula bi weekly on her website that delivers directly to our house. The Toast App makes it affordable when I canāt get out of the house to pick up our breads. We make egg sandwiches, bruschetta, grilled cheese sandwiches with the bread. Thank you for the best bread in south Florida!
Such a cute bakery! I stopped into this place when I was meeting a friend at a local Barnes & Nobles for a quick bite to eat. I got lost and one of the employees directed me. The food was fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back!
Firstly croissants they made are similar I ate in Europa. But there are two things that they should do. We come there from 30 km away and we gave our order but they give priority to other customers who arrive later. Ä°t's a really bad behaviour for a shop. To have a plain croissant and a cappuccino take your 30 minutes of your day thats insane. Please don't discriminate among your customers and get some chair to sit for your pregnant and old customer.

We'd just had lunch in the area in a place that left much to be desired. Certainly, dessert was not going to be at that place. So we stopped here, at the Lady Baker, for dessert and what a winning choice. Cute, small, quaint, cozy place. Oh my gosh, the desserts...DIVINE!!! I don't usually visit this area, but w/o a doubt, next time I'm in this area, I'll stop by or I'll suggest this as a meeting place. Next time, I'll be trying a sandwich and, of course, more dessert. Keep up the great work!!!
