The breakfast pastries were stale, not fresh. Even the coffee was blah. Not the best Iāve had. The ambience was alright. They only have the section for dining for the restaurant. For breakfast itās not worth the price.

I'm not one to post reviews but over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed a disappointing decline in the quality of the breads and pastries. They used to look so picture perfect and now not so much. They lack the attention to detail that I used to appreciate. Thereās also an overall energy in the store that feels off. The vibrant atmosphere that it used to have is now a bit dull. Itās unfortunate to see such a beloved bakery lose some of its charm and quality.

Cute place has lots of options for bakery, but my core experience was not good. Took a long time for iced lattes, they need more people working the front to speed up orders. The two lates I ordered were honestly terrible, I am not sure what happened when they made them but it just tasted so much like machinery not sure how to describe it just not good.

Cute, modern, and chic spot in Pembroke Pines. The coffee was really good and the croissant was decent (Iām not really a sweet croissant person though). The space is small and gets pretty crowded, and overall it felt a bit overpriced. Nice vibe, but I probably wouldnāt go back since there are better options for the price

My husband and I visited around 10:30am and waited about 20 minutes in line before placing our order at the bakery counter. We were given a number, which led us to believe there would be a table or some kind of system in place to accommodate diners. Unfortunately, that wasnāt the case.
There are only a few tables availableā5 inside and 3 outsideāand all were taken. We werenāt offered any guidance on where to wait or eat. It felt as though we were expected to either stand awkwardly near the register or take our $60 breakfast somewhere else.
We noticed additional seating on the other side of the establishment and walked over, only to be told by a staff member that those tables were for ārestaurantā guests onlyāeven though both the bakery and restaurant are clearly part of the same business, under the same ownership. At the time, at least five tables were visibly open. It felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming.
To make matters more confusing, we later learned that customers sitting in the restaurant can order from the bakery. But if you order from the bakery first, youāre not allowed to sit in the restaurant. Itās an inconsistent and poorly explained policy that really detracts from the experience.
Sadly, the food became an afterthought, since we had nowhere to comfortably enjoy it. For the price and the wait, we expected more consideration for customers. A clearer system, more transparency, and better staff communication would go a long way.

We came for brunch at a time when the place was buzzing and busy. We were offered bar sitting and immediately sat under Mike's care. Mike was super friendly but extremely professional and to our surprise the food was out quickly, the food/coffee quality and flavors did not disappoint. The reuben sandwich is a must! We will be back for more!

Caramel iced latte hands down best coffee Iāve ever tasted in my life. Bread pudding was also insane.

I ordered the sourdough bread as I usually do. Itās normally very fluffy and flavorful. Unfortunately since the expansion of this bakery the quality has gone down severely. The bread was burnt and stiff. It was not enjoyable to eat and my recent experience was ruined compared to the old sourdough I love. I wish the expansion of this bakery didnāt affect its quality.

Items are always fresh and delicious. Not inexpensive but well worth the price.
Lady Baker, located in Pembroke Gardens,
is a great option for fresh pastries, coffee, and sourdough when in South Floridaš
We ordered the Prosciutto Sandwich served with Prosciutto, arugula, pesto, & mozzarella perfect for a quick bite during brunch. The sandwich was toasted, the pesto was not overwhelming, a good amount of prosciutto was included, and a filling serving size to get you through your busy day!
Paired with the sandwich, we ordered a Caramel Cappuccino (hot) and a Vanilla Latte (iced). The cappuccino was warm and provided a cozy feel, while the vanilla latte was the perfect āon the goā coffee to continue running errandsā¦.or shop - after all, you are in Pembroke Gardens Mall š
Additionally, we ordered the Apple Danish š which was fresh and tasted like a homemade apple pie. The Dulce de Leche Cruffin (also served with Nutella) is a pastry I had never seen before, therefore the best way to describe it is a ācroissant x puff pastryā dough filled with either Dulce de leche or Nutella. Both desserts provide the perfect bite for any sweet tooth and can be shared between 1-2 people.
Overall, @ladybakerusa (IG) provided excellent customer service with their employee answering our questions and providing excellent recommendations. You can also purchase a fresh loath of bread / sourdough at the bakery; a purchase I look forward to making in the future āØ

I go to Lady Baker on average once per week for the past year or so. I think their food and iced lattes are 10/10⦠Their staff is so sweet but the organization of service is 2/10ā¦. I think there is a noticeable disconnect on how staff is utilized to keep the flow moving. Standing in line today, I heard two different groups of people talking about the poor flow. Iāve been there multiple times where there are additional staff just standing there waiting for the cashier to take the orders before they move.. I think the extra staff would benefit from going down the line with a handheld that Iāve seen taking orders to help decongest the line. I know if Iām in a rush, I canāt go to LB. I would encourage the owners to maybe assess other coffee shops, such as Cali coffee to see how they function. The young man with the dreads kills it with maintaining the tables, cleaning and etc. he might the best fit for the behind the counter.
