i placed two orders to go. the first one was a Lomo saltado. The food was HORRIBLE. VERY SALTED ,VERY SKIMPY AND OLD. Hard to chew . The second dish was sea food. two shrimps and two very tiny pieces of something that luck like fish. very disappointed. I do not recommend this place to any body.

I leave this review to inform everyone of the deceit and lack of respect of the people who work at the Totoritas Restaurant in Hollywood, because I went to lunch this week on Thursday, and when I entered I told the person who was in charge of receiving to the clients, that I was going to lunch and that they had a menu, the girl replied that I did have the VIP membership to be able to eat a lunch menu and that the membership had an annual cost of $10 that I had to pay to be able to enjoy a lunch menu (I had never seen such a form of deception in a restaurant) well, I told the girl that I would pay for it without any problem although it seemed very out of place, but then she replied that I had to ask if there were still menus of lunches, when asking another girl who also works there told him that there was no more menu left, that was when I told them that it was only 1:04 pm and since they did not have any more menu and they both responded that they only cook 12 dishes a day for the menu and they were already gone. This is a deception, they offer an extremely limited promotion with the intention of attracting clients to make them spend more money than they planned to pay, in addition to the mistreatment and lack of respect from both people who served me, full of arrogance and discrimination
Of course I left Totoritas and looked for another Peruvian restaurant and found Restaurante Sr Ceviche in the same area. I had never eaten there because my family and I always ate at Totoritas and celebrated birthdays, but I understood that what happened was the best because the quality and flavor of Mr Ceviche is much higher
Remember that people are treated well, with respect and above all a lot of humility, what a shame that they do not value their customers and that they only treat you depending on what you are going to consume.

We went to order the menu of the day only to be told that first we had to be VIP (it's so ridiculous it's laughable), when we asked what the process was like they said it's $10 a year to have access to the lunches and that they only take extra 15 dishes a day (another ridiculous thing) and people start arriving at 11 am so they run out quickly.
I feel all of this was taken care of by two women who were not at all respectful and what they had left over was arrogance (:
We always went to this restaurant, but hey, what is left over in Hollywood are Peruvian restaurants at better prices and with better service!
Something is happening in this restaurant, they changed managers or the owner is having bad ideas, I tell you:
We are a large family, we frequently went to eat although the food is not the best, we liked the atmosphere and the good treatment.
Today my mother-in-law went to ask for a table to eat the menu at 1 pm, they told her that to enjoy it she had to BUY A MEMBERSHIP (something never seen before and in bad taste) she agreed to buy it but then they told her that they only serve 15 dishes a day for the lunch menu! I mean, are they crazy or what? How are you going to tell a customer who is going to eat at your restaurant that the day's quotas are gone!? The person behind that idea is a genius but to lose customers!
Apart from being expensive, the quality has dropped a lot, read the other comments and you will see that many of us are disappointed in this place.
They just lost at least 10 of my family's clients.
I sincerely hope that they do well and start by eliminating that idea of membership and not putting a limit on the number of meals for the menu, change managers or whatever! If you have customers in your restaurant, serve them! Or do you plan to leave them hungry and upset?

The food is good, they should separate the potatoes from the lomo saltado and they never send chilies in the delivery, why????
Variety, taste and affordable. I love the sauces, green, yellow, and red. I also the free lunch appetizer of weeks days.
