This place used to be good years ago, and I was always a frequent customer. But now it is over-priced and the service is terrible. If you don’t speak fluent Spanish they treat you with disrespect and hang up on you when you call in. Very rude, while I was polite and trying my best to speak to them in Spanish. I will never spend money here again and I hope no one else wastes their time here. Plenty of better Cuban options around.

Always a pleasure to stop buy for breakfast! Friendly service! Delicious food! If you are in the area, you should stop by! You won’t be disappointed! I come by every weekend for breakfast. My sister and I enjoy our eggs, bacon and cuban toast outside, accompanied by cafe con leche. The croquettes and pastelitos are amazing! We always take a box home to enjoy later!

This place fell off. Last time I was there for coffee I was waiting for 5 mins at counter while the lady was talking to someone in the back. I opened the front door 2 times so the chime can notify her. It's not my job to walk over to you to ask for service. Pay attention to your

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. The place is for sure and unfortunately in decline.Do Not recommend! Fortunately not many Terrible places like this in Pembroke Pines. IWent with my mother for a cup of coffee, it was too dark for us, I requested the server to fix it for us, perhaps adding some more milk. she looked at me confused, didn't know what to do and even told me, I am thinking what to do.... she added some milk to the coffe and charged me $ 3.50 extra for that fix.We also asked for 2 meat pastelitos and it was dry, cold and nasty. My mother took one bit and couldn't continue eating.Summarizing, employee was not friendly she was incapable of solving that simple task, not on the customer side, over charging and serving Terrible pastry. We just left the place, we couldn't finish the Terrible coffee nor the nasty pastry.
Kid-friendliness: Terrible, not friendly. Rude .

Outrageous prices! Charged me $3.00 for extra butter on a toast, the eggs were terrible, literally had to fight to get 2 extra packets of sugar. Never going back, used to be decent not anymore, go down the street to Vicky bakery better! This place is not authentic Latin

The best pan con tortilla (omelette sandwich) in town!! The Cuban bread is also delicious! The girls are nice and fast. We usually go for breakfast on the weekends and it has always been very good. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews!!! They are a little pricey, that’s my only

The food is decent, but no where near worth the price. The customer service is beyond terrible. The women behind the counter, especially the older blonde woman, always seem miserable and upset whenever you walk in. I walked in and said hello to just be stared at with no response. I see according to other reviews I am not the only one who is treated horribly by this unprofessional staff. Such bad attitudes.
The best colada and the most delicious cheese pastries are my sweet Saturday breakfast.
