The older blonde lady who helped me was extremely rude. I greeted her with a “good morning,” and she didn’t even respond or say “how can I help you?” or anything. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Limpio pero not accommodating. They had a breakfast special but still charged me separate to charge more after a few minutes of discussion she did it the way “ I wanted “ to charge more. I’m not from here but if ever in the area again will not give them my money. 2 eggs toast and a shake small $15. No bueno mamey shake was tasteless.

I walked in wanting a simple cortadito. Instead I was greeted or not greeted is the case, with a pissed off face like I was there to bother her. She didn’t bother to give me a smile, or say “good morning, I’ll be right with you”. Nothing! After five minutes of being ignored, I left.

I had a frustrating experience during my visit. The woman at the front with glasses seemed very overwhelmed. When I placed my order, she didn’t understand it—even though I speak both English and Spanish and tried to be as clear as possible. She repeated it back incorrectly, and I had to correct her before it was finally right.

I had my kids with me, and she handed me several boxes without putting them in a bag, which made things more difficult. On top of that, part of my order was still wrong. When I called to let them know, she came out to my car and told me I hadn’t paid for the missing item. I said I’d pay for it, but she insisted I get out of the car to sign—right after I had just strapped my kids in.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. If you end up ordering from the woman with glasses, I recommend repeating your order multiple times and double-checking everything before you leave.

I went inside and I wasnt greeted. The blonde lady working didnt look happy to be there or like she doesnt want to work. No one could tell me what kind of meat was inside of the empanada including the cook. They told me the meat was similar to shredded beef instead I received what SEEMED like ground beef or something. They swore up and down that the carne empanada wasnt ground beef. Even that one bite was EH. I threw it in the trash. The food is mediocre. The service is ridiculous. Its my first time in about 3 years coming here and its gotten worse. Don't waste your money or time going here.

Food quality and quantity has gone way down. And the customer service was abismal. Short blond lady at the counter was rude, not welcoming and bothered by everything I asked for. If I’m spending $100 on food I would at least liked to be treated like a decent person. Sucks because I’ve been coming here for years but definitely the last time.

I was the only customer, lady behind the cash register did not even acknowledge me. I even said Buenas (I am a non Spanish speaker) no a single reply. When I tried to order she did not understand, I even tried in broken Spanish, not even a smile. Finally another employee came from the back and translated.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. The staff member who attended to me lacked a customer-friendly attitude, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the establishment does not provide a restroom for patrons. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

This place used to be good years ago, and I was always a frequent customer. But now it is over-priced and the service is terrible. If you don’t speak fluent Spanish they treat you with disrespect and hang up on you when you call in. Very rude, while I was polite and trying my best to speak to them in Spanish. I will never spend money here again and I hope no one else wastes their time here. Plenty of better Cuban options around.
