Always a pleasure to stop buy for breakfast! Friendly service! Delicious food! If you are in the area, you should stop by! You won’t be disappointed! I come by every weekend for breakfast. My sister and I enjoy our eggs, bacon and cuban toast outside, accompanied by cafe con leche. The croquettes and pastelitos are amazing! We always take a box home to enjoy later!

This place fell off. Last time I was there for coffee I was waiting for 5 mins at counter while the lady was talking to someone in the back. I opened the front door 2 times so the chime can notify her. It's not my job to walk over to you to ask for service. Pay attention to your

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. The place is for sure and unfortunately in decline.Do Not recommend! Fortunately not many Terrible places like this in Pembroke Pines. IWent with my mother for a cup of coffee, it was too dark for us, I requested the server to fix it for us, perhaps adding some more milk. she looked at me confused, didn't know what to do and even told me, I am thinking what to do.... she added some milk to the coffe and charged me $ 3.50 extra for that fix.We also asked for 2 meat pastelitos and it was dry, cold and nasty. My mother took one bit and couldn't continue eating.Summarizing, employee was not friendly she was incapable of solving that simple task, not on the customer side, over charging and serving Terrible pastry. We just left the place, we couldn't finish the Terrible coffee nor the nasty pastry.Kid-friendliness: Terrible, not friendly. Rude .

Outrageous prices! Charged me $3.00 for extra butter on a toast, the eggs were terrible, literally had to fight to get 2 extra packets of sugar. Never going back, used to be decent not anymore, go down the street to Vicky bakery better! This place is not authentic Latin

The best pan con tortilla (omelette sandwich) in town!! The Cuban bread is also delicious! The girls are nice and fast. We usually go for breakfast on the weekends and it has always been very good. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews!!! They are a little pricey, that’s my only

Let's start with the service, it was horrible. I dislike nothing more than going to an establishment and feeling like I am bothering them by being there. The blonde middle-aged woman behind the counter is the complete opposite of welcoming. If the owner of this bakery is reading this, fire her or put her in the back because she should not be dealing with customers. After I waited at least 5 minutes, just standing there, and being the only customer, she stared at me, like saying "What do you want?" I couldn't believe it. I will say that the only reason I didn't leave was because I had a meeting in the plaza, and I was hungry and didn't want to be late. If not, I would have walked out. The food wasn't bad, but thats it. I will never buy anything from this place again.

The food is decent, but no where near worth the price. The customer service is beyond terrible. The women behind the counter, especially the older blonde woman, always seem miserable and upset whenever you walk in. I walked in and said hello to just be stared at with no response. I see according to other reviews I am not the only one who is treated horribly by this unprofessional staff. Such bad attitudes.

The coffee and pastries were very good8/25 I visited again today, the medianoche sandwich was the best. I hadn't had one in years. Now I know where to get then.

Came here for breakfast. The lady with the red glasses rushed me insanely, I wanted to buy for my whole family, after the sandwich and ordering a pastry she rushes me and I discontinue ordering, possibly a 60 dollar order I stopped at 20 smh. Then for them to mess my food up because they were rushing me and not paying attention then to charge me more for their mess up. Then to continue to talk about me in Spanish while I’m standing here. There are so many bakery’s in the area. Avoid this one, I promise all the rest are amazing.

Came here with my mom for two croqueta preparadas and two trigo shakes. When the lady handed me the food and told me the price my jaw dropped it was ridiculously expensive. I havent been back since. It's a shame because I always loved picking up breakfast and even ordered all my kids birthday cakes from here. Had been coming for nearly 16 years. Sad.

Food is expensive and not all that great the croquettes and papa rellena were not even hot the tequeño hard, Cuban sandwich was mediocre and the bistec in the pan con bistec was kind of hard but had decent taste. On top of that, the older blonde lady with glasses distributes really bad customer service with attitude and sarcasm. I personally saw her do this with a customer and myself as well.

The service here is the worst I have ever experienced. The cashier barely made contact with us and didn't answer our questions. Do not go there. It is not even worth it.
