In my humble opinion. Place is extremely overpriced , poor quality and terrible customer service. They also serve your food in a cardboard box. $80 down the drain. Save yourself the headache.

came in to get a matcha and coffee. i don’t like my drinks overly sweet but of course this is a milk tea place so naturally it is sweet. I understand that. got the matcha red bean and asked for light red bean as i wanted some flavor just not too sweet. i assumed the matcha wasn’t going to be sweetened which was my mistake. as i got the tea + a milk bear i tried it and it was incredibly sweet. i told the woman at the front ( young asian girl) as well that i don’t like the drinks so sweet, just a little. anyways i realized the drink was very sweet and realized i made a mistake. so i come to the front and explain that i don’t want it too sweet after receiving my drink and ask if i could have it remade. and other worker ( young black girl) proceeds to tell me that the matcha is sweetened with condensed milk. i see the issue why it was so sweet now. i politely ask if i could have the drink remade (i work in food service too so i understand if this was a little frustrating but i was kind about it.) she goes to the back and i guess explain to the worker how and why i want the drink remade. same worker comes back out after talking to her coworker and asks if i want red bean as well. mind you she told me the matcha comes sweetened with condensed milk and i already don’t want it too sweet so i change my mind and say no thank you. she then goes in the back and tells the young asian girl (im assuming same one that served me earlier in the beginning) and then says that i said i wanted red bean before . now that’s correct but if i explain to both of them that i don’t want it so sweet and then ask for a remake, i know that red bean will naturally contribute to more sweetness, so hence why i changed my mind. they start basically going back and forth making fun of me because i wanted red bean before. i don’t say anything to cause any issues. i get the matcha after made with complaints and try it and it tastes the exact same as it did before, just not with subtle red bean flavor. literally the same exact sweetness. if im paying for the drinks plus 10% tip you would expect decent service? i dont think its that hard to make a matcha with a little sweetness? i even asked if the matcha was presweetned but she just said it was added to the matcha. i’ve been a barista for almost 3 years so i know its not hard to customize a drink per request. i would have just gotten a refund if i knew it was gonna be this big of a deal. i don’t think its a big issue to ask for a customization. again i do it for my customers all the time. there’s no reason to talk bad about me either too knowing there’s only a dirty cloth “door” separating me and the worker. unfortunately wont be returning.

I got the Thai tea and it was horrendous the milk tasted spoiled and when we spoke to them about it they argued their fine print said no refunds. How is it my fault it retested spoiled. Never coming back here again horrible customer service!

This restaurant was very charming. Me and my friends had an amazing time. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delectable, and the service was some of the best I have seen. My server Nat was so caring and kind and made sure my group had everything we needed with a smile. One of the kindest servers I have ever met and I have been to hundreds of restaurants. I would come back here any time.

I really adore this restaurant! its super nostalgic and I enjoyed the food. They treat you like family and it made me feel very loved. Their karaoke rooms made my experience with my family way better. The food was delicious and it reminds me of my grandmas cooking! so warm and nostalgic. the decorations of the restaurant definitely made the atmosphere feel so alive. I loved that they played studio ghibli on the projector! the boba and drinks were so good and i definitely recommend this family owned business and to be patient with the workers !

The cutest bubble teashop with picture sets and a karaoke rooms! I got the Thai tea with a milk tea bear, and I loved the authentic, rich flavors. Last time I came, they had quail with yummy seasonings and balut, which is a unique delicacy. Plenty of seating, so bring your family and friends.
