Went there to get some take out.... Bought 6 meals and when they gave me the food I asked for extra sauce and they said that it was $3 extra for it.... I would have done it with no problem but they gave the same salsa I asked for to the person that was before me in line for free... why would you charge one costumer and no the other one??? And I clearly bought more food than the other person... so what make you decide who's going to get charged and who is not???

Top service, all the employees are super nice and helpful. When you go , you don t have one person taking care of you but a team . They must have an amazing HR that keeps them so happy and engaged. Dog friendly place . All of them making sure our dog had water . Of course delicious food too . Coming back for sure :)

This is so far one of the best locations that lime has for the restaurants. The people working there are very nice very friendly and the food is amazing. I came today with my daughter to have dinner. We had a great time. The food was good no complaints. I will always always come to this lime location.

Extremely mediocre food. They brought the wrong quesadillas and our bowl had a hair in it. It does not taste that good at all, mater fact, very tasteless. Chipotle is better without a doubt.

While heading north, I decided to stop here on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly as could be, explained how the numbering system and food-to-table delivery worked, etc. The menu has a mix of tacos, bowls, salads, etc.; something for everyone, even a small kids menu. I opted for the Porkito, which is a pork burrito, but since I didn't want the flour tortilla, I asked if I could have it as a bowl instead; it was great! The bowl had a smoky flavor, a little bit of sweet BBQ sauce drizzled on, small bits of bacon, and rice and beans. All entrees come with chips, and there's a small self-serve sauce station with lines and cilantro, too. For a fast casual spot, the quality and quantity are spot on. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Great, great service!

The food is horrible. The quality of the food is not worth the price. I used to love the chips n queso, now its like having dirty spicy oily water.
Very disappointed with my tacos. It was very burnt with no cheese. When you prepare your meal ask yourself of you would eat it. If the customers don't support your business then you won't have one.

The food was all right. Our order was not accurate. The bill was not correct as a result. Menu typical choices. Prices reasonable. Side sauces scarce and trough like, not attractive. Parking nightmare for the location but achievable. Highly reviewed by others. Don't agree. If you are there and are in the mood for that kind of food, it's a fine choice. I enjoyed my order. LIME Fresh Mexican Grill is a fast casual type place for an Americanized version of Mexican food. The service is generally friendly and while I would not call it by any means authentic, for fast food, it was generally pretty good. I went with a bowl and it was a nice enough meal.
