Great service and great food! I feel like their ribeye is fresh, unlike other high-end restaurants that serve steak and all the side orders are delicious such as the Mac n cheese. For appetizer, I highly suggest the mushrooms that come coated in cheese and marinara sauce. The waiters are excellent and this restaurant makes going out to eat steak worthwhile because restaurant prices are not cheap. Also, great Ranch-style atmosphere and their desserts are good.Bar and dining area always packed with birthdays or special eventsParking: Parking right next to restaurant. Little walking required

Longhorn Steakhouse Pembroke is the best I always go there for all the birthdays in my house. The food is always on point and the service is excellent the managers are very professional and if for any reason you don’t like what you ordered they will replace itI will definitely recommend Longhorn Steakhouse it is my absolute go to any day of the week!

In this day and age good service in many restaurants and in general is hard to find.On our visit of 4/11/24 the food was good and just as ordered by our group of 5. Served hot and well plated. While the food was good, the star on this visit was the excellent service provided by Kimberly!Kimberly was there when needed and out of site when not needed. She must be a magician as glasses were miraculous filled and plates cleared. Kimberly was very pleasant to talk with, she is witty, caring and did an exceptional job with recommendations. She kept our table free of dish clutter and non essentials allowing us time and space to enjoy our meal. She is truly a master if her craft, great asset to Longhorn Steakhouse.Thank you Kimberly for reminding us exceptional service is not dead. Thank you for providing exceptional service, and allowing us to enjoy not only the food, but the company of dear friends..

I just left longhorn on 3/28/24 at 2:30pm. I am in complete shock with my experience. In addition to my order, I ordered a side of broccoli. When the broccoli arrived I saw something on the plate which I initially thought might be butter but after I placed the Knife in it I realized it was a chewed up piece of gum. I told the waitress someone left a piece gum of on the plate. She responded you got to be kidding me and took the plate. She came back and said I told my manager what happened and another order of broccoli is coming. I said is your manager coming to speak with me. She said sure of course. A few moments later a man comes to the table and puts broccoli down and said you’re missing a soup(I never ordered a soup.) I said are you the manager, he said yes, I said did the waitress tell you what happened, he said yes. I said it’s no way that plate was washed and a piece of gum was left on it. Secondly, the integrity of the food here is compromised and I’m not paying for any of this. He said ok and walked off. The moment he walked to the table he should have introduced himself instead of walking to the table as a server put the food down and begin to walk off. He should have IMMEDIATELY ACKNOWLEDGE the situation at hand and apologize. For him to come off as nothing happened was very disgusting and disturbing.
