Cake totally fell apart upon pickup and melted at my wedding. Total fail. Highly disappointed. I do not recommend Luz Latin cakes at all! I hope no one has to go through what my wife and I had to endure on our wedding day. Owner and staff did not own up to their fault. Currently disputing it as well as reporting to the BBB and others.
