Ordered from DoorDash the chicken Fresno. First off IT CAME WITHOUT CHICKEN! LOOKED RAW.. and came cold! I would never order here again. I called them and they didn’t even care to solve anything but I really didn’t want anything from them. Never recieved a pizza so disgusting and order completely wrong. I was so pissed I gave the slices to my dogs. I would never order here in my life and I’m going to write to the corporate. Waited an hour and the main ingredient of the pizza WHICH IS CALLED CHICKEN FRESNO IS MISSING CHICKEN. What? I say avoid this location or Marco as a whole.

I’ve been going to Marco’s for years. My only complaint is counter service when you arrive to pick up your food. You can literally stand there for ten to fifteen minutes and no one will ask you about your order. This has been the case the last two times I’ve ordered. One person working the counter and the phone. A 7:44 pick up time and waiting an additional 25 minutes and counting. Literally writing the review as I wait. 8:17 and we’re walking out now. Food was ready the whole time. Come on guys. I know you can do better.

This was one of the best pizzas this 70+ year old has ever had! Got the supreme thin with black olives. At my age money is something once spent can't be replaced! I will be back to give them some more of my money! James Lovell

Young lady working the night shift should be unemployed. Won't be ordering from this store again.
Let me start off by saying thag the customer in this location is amazing. I order a whole pizza and some wings.. however the wings was not cook to my perfection, so I had giving them back. The nice manager who I belive to be name Fannie and if she's not the manager, she needs to become one. She did all she can do to accommodate me to make sure that I was satisfied, I look forward to dinning or purchasing from places like this who demonstrate the caring for the customers... Ty 😊

Seems to be trending downhill. Normally the delivery and food is great but they seem to have swapped from having their own delivery to using doordash. Waited 45 minutes from when they said the food was delivered on the website to actually receiving it. Also, food came with completely wrong toppings, and when I called the customer service was poor.

I had a pickup order and was ignored by the same young lady as before. This isn’t the first time she’s done this. Thankfully, the gentleman working with the pizza dough came over to assist me instead. Unfortunately, due to the repeated poor service, I won’t be returning.
