I went to breakfast this morning here my food came out cold, so the waitress took it back and brought me new food, when she brought out the new food, it was also cold so I asked for a refund and she said she could not do it so I asked to speak to the manager. She said she would get him. He never came to the table and I was told that we can’t get a refund. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I don’t recommend this place to anybody because if your food comes out cold, you’re not gonna get anything resolved,most places will replace or give you a refund or something they did absolutely nothing. The food was horrible. The owner wrote my sister back after she wrote a review and he said he wasn’t there but then waitress never came back to let us know if he was there or he wasn’t there. She said she was going to get him and never came back. And to top it off, nobody answered me disgusting

My breakfast came out cold.I sent it back and it still came back.Cold manager refused to give me a refund or take a break off of my bill he wouldn't even come out of the kitchen and talk to me

A friend flew to the area for a funeral. I offered to provide a breakfast. I live 1500 miles away. Mayor's Cafe really came to the rescue. Great food. On time delivery at 6:30 a.m. Lots of help devising a menu.

There was one waitress and she took care of everybody and nobody was waiting for nothing. The food was good. I love when a waitress highly recommend what to eat and food was delicious.

Im updating because im angry, we used to he great customers but when 5 of us waited for over an hr to be seated & even when friends of the owner were being seated first, even though they just arrived we were still waiting & then they put us at a table for 2 with 5 chair was the last straw we walked out & well find someplace else to eat...
