Mazza Mediterranean Cuisine

We attended the 18th Anniversary Celebration last Saturday and it was outstanding. DJ, belly dancer and great food. House was packed and full of life! Really enjoyed!

The first time I made reservations at this restaurant I receive a call, day of reservation by someone from the restaurant telling me the kitchen caught fire and they had to close for the remainder of the day therefore cancelling my 7pm dinner reservation. I specifically made it for Saturday at 7pm because I heard there were belly dancers that performed on Saturday nights at 730. Fast forward 2 months later, I attempt a 2nd reservation. Same day & time. At around 745, I think the restaurant manager/ owner Feris approaches my table to ask how we were doing and I ask about the belly dancer. He looks at his watch and says I'm not sure if she's coming, I sent her a message but she has not responded. I thought, ok well things happen. I was in a party of 6 people and was attended by Maria. It was a little warm in the restaurant & Maria was sweating profusely but was very nice non the less. We ordered 6 entre items including the whole fried snapper, the snapper filet, shrimp kabob, filet kabobs, chicken kabob & another shrimp dish. We waited a bit, got our soups & salads and after about 30 minutes, the entres began coming out. Everything was brought out except my son's whole snapper. By the the time we were done eating, my son recieved his fish. I felt terrible. We were giving him food from our dishes. I'm not one to cause a scene but clearly Maria forgot to order my son's fish. We proceeded to order 2 deserts and as we were ordering a huge party of 80 people began showing up. They took up practically the entire restaurant. We were siting at a booth toward the back and they were looking at us like when are you getting up and leaving cause we need that booth to finish sitting the rest of the 80 people. We received the deserts bread pudding (which was warm and delicious & brownie & vanilla ice cream. When Maria brought the bill I was sure she would've comped at least a desert or 2 for the inconvenience of my sons fish but nothing! Not even an apology from her or manager.

Always a great experience every time we go. Amazing food and service! They offer a variety of menu choices guaranteed to please even the picky eaters.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were seated immediately and the attentive service continued throughout our meal. The hummus appetizer was plentiful and the main course was so flavorful. We will definitely return!

We came to Mazza by mistake and it turned out to be a happy accident. I thought I was making reservations to a different restaurant, but I was glad to have found Mazza. The attentive staff greets you promptly when you enter with a smile. The place is well laid out and for a Saturday night was well attended. The food was really good and the service was excellent. My wife and I shared the sampler platter as well as the main course and brought food home. Their wine list is modest but so are the prices. We enjoyed a Greek Red blend and were very pleased with how it tasted. We had a great time and will be back. Highly recommended

Great food. Service was less than desirable maybe because they had some big take out orders.

My husband and I are loyal customers at Mazza. We decided to have our NY dinner there and we had a great time.

I had a horrible experience yesterday with my family. The waitress was very neglectful.

I have been eating here for over 15 years and the quality of food and service has always been beyond amazing. This is my go-to place to take out of town family members and friends. It is always a hit!!

I forgot how lovely Mazza was. I wanted Mediterranean food and this just was right. Lunch with wine and a Mazza sampler and veggie plate. My friend enjoyed their kabobs lamb & beef.

I just want to be clear, my family loved the food they received but I was disappointed. I have only been here once before. I ordered the same thing- the gyro plate thinking maybe this time it would be better. The gyro meat had pretty good flavor but it was extremely greasy. The hummus was grainy and to me it was just OK. The Tzatziki didn't taste like it had any dill or cucumber in it and that was super disappointing since that is what makes a great Gyro!.

The grape leaves were greasy as well. I associate greek and medditerranean food to be some of the healthiest choices but I just didn't feel like that's what I experienced. The restuarant was clean but the bathroom definitely needed attention. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

We all have our preferences, my family loved it but unfortunately, it was just not for me.
