I had the absolute pleasure of visiting McAlisters for a dinner-to-go and was blown away by the incredible customer service. Rhonda, who assisted us, was an absolute dream to speak to—so friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect dinner for my husband and I. We mentioned that we were taking the food to the hospital to be with my father-in-law, and she packaged everything with such love and care.

This was our first time visiting McAlister’s in Pembroke Pines. Rhonda and Rafael were absolutely amazing, attentive, and super helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the French Dip with a plain spud (no pic, I ate it too fast) and my boyfriend had the New Yorker with broccoli & cheddar soup. You can taste the quality in their product. We will definitely be back soon to try more of the menu!
