I understand late night shifts are not the greatest for employees, but the girl with braids was super rude. It’s super easy just to answer a question + no effort it’s included, trust me. You can do better.

To be honest I didn't eat there , I only used the restroom, it wasn't spotless but it was clean enough considering. I've seen a lot worse. Staff seemed friendly and the rest of the restaurant seemed to look clean from what I saw.

I have lunch at this McDonalds quite often since it's across from my job. Normally the service at a fast food restaurant is subpar but lately, I love Shahir the general manager. He goes above and beyond and with him as GM, fast food because rapid food because of his speedy service.

Waited in line in drive through for 45 minutes and watched many people leave the line then finally got my food and everything was cold old and stale, absolutely disgusting do not ever come here!

Earlier today, I made a phone call and began speaking in Spanish. The person who answered responded by asking, “Is this a joke?” and then stated that they had my name and phone number. Shortly after, they proceeded to threaten me simply for speaking Spanish. I am deeply hurt and disappointed by this behavior, and I sincerely hope that this individual takes the time to reflect on their actions and the impact of their words.

This is the worst McDonald's to ever tried to place an order at. Very inexperienced customer service. Today On October 6th, this McDonald's Said that they are not honoring the advertised $8 value meal.

HORRIBLE. They messed up my order multiple times in under 10 minutes. I ordered a sausage bagel and they gave me a bacon bagel. Received2 hashbrowns instead of the 1. The iced coffee was not sweet at all. It was just a bad experience today (October 5th @ 9:10 AM), which is rare for McDonalds. 🫥 Disappointed in the items I received.

They charge full price ≈ $3 for a large water.

I ordered breakfast through mobile order and arrived before 10:30, but at the drive-through I was told they couldn’t make my order and that I’d need to call for a refund. I explained I had already lost time and didn’t want to call, but they condescendingly told me to speak with the manager inside. The manager was dismissive and said I’d get my refund in 24 hours. Not receiving my food is fine, but the customer service here is terrible. I will not be coming back

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service! Let's start, I'm waiting for 5-7 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive-thru. I'm waiting on the left side of the drive-thru. Here comes a car that has just arrived pull on the right side. And lo and behold someone takes their order right away! When they decided to finally take my order I told the young lady. That was wrong to skip someone who was in line first. She never apologizes. In fact, she had an attitude toward me. So the same car that had skipped me. She was still in the line when she had already gotten her food. I believe she and the young lady were friends! I blowed my car horn so she could leave the young lady who works there asked me what my problem was! I then said she has her food, and she's holding up the line. This happened at 11:07 pm We just wanted to get our food and go home. Please talk to your employees about customer service.

I’m giving this location 1 star simply off of the communication. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car on the left side so I went to the right side. Once the car on the left pull up I assumed I would be next, but no. The next car to pull up on the left go there order taken. I kept saying hello into the speaker but no response. After the 3rd car pulled up on the left and got their order taken I drove out and around to make my way to the left side. The car behind me had pulled up and also realized no one was taking order on the right side. When I pulled up . I started by saying “ Hi I just wanted to let you guys know that I was just in the lane on the right side and no one came to take my order. I had 3 cars on this side go before me” and all I heard was silence. I said “ hello” and the female then said “ ok so do you want to place an order” I was a little taken back because I thought I was doing the right thing by making them aware that their drive thru right side machine was not working however that’s not the response I received. So I said, umm ok did you hear what I said ? And I heard silence . I said hello again and the female then said “ ma’am there’s nothing I can do about the other lane not working . At that point I was already frustrated because what was so hard to just simple provide some understanding to the customer. She couldn’t simply stated . I’m sorry about that ma’am I will let my manager know or something like that but no. So I got off the line and then I called the store and asked to speak to a manager in which was a mistake because the manager was just as rude. Will not go to that location again.
