I should read the comments before stopping here. It was the worst McD location ever, The Restaurant was dirty, I ordered through the app and they took more than 25 min to give me the order, after the fries were raw and had no salt, and then the order was incomplete.

Person taking orders at drive thru starts the conversation in Spanish. When I answered in English with pardon me. She responded in English. Spoken so poorly I could barely understand. I ordered 2 egg McMuffin and large hot latte.I rec'd 1 egg McMuffin meal with hash browns. Got charged for 2 egg McMuffins. Neither employee belongs serving customers. Both were rude & unfriendly. Cashier just handed me the bag without even looking at me. I won't be back to this location. McDonald's at Taft St & hiatus has far better service.

The lady that works on NYE tonight, is just amazing. She has a great service mind, polite and more friendly than some other people working in big restaurants I’ve experienced here. She’s working very hard too from what I see. She runs to do curbside delivery’s, serves food to dine-in customers, taking orders as well as preparing them. Thank you for working tonight and being very service oriented. 😊

After an extraordinarily long wait behind several other irate customers, I witnessed an employee of this McDonalds THROW A BAG OF FOOD at an elderly customer, who then subsequently called the police to report the assault. The employee was out of control and had already made several mistakes (such as giving my eat-in order in a bag to another customer who left, forcing me to ask again where my order was).
This McDonald’s should honestly be shut down no workers are ever in front they walk passed you look you dead in your eye and do nothing there is always something missing or the food is cold when I do DoorDash or when I’m personally buying they take my money and never give me the order they say “call our support line” even when I have my receipt and my order number this location is not it they fail in every factor.

Last week, I placed an order through the app. When I went into the store to eat, they were cleaning the floor with what appeared to be bleach, and I couldn’t breathe. I told both the staff and management—speaking in English and Spanish—that they should at least open the doors for ventilation, but no one seemed to care about my discomfort and just ignored me. In the end, I had to leave and eat in my car.
