The managers name is Justin and was working today 01/28/2025 @ 10 pm anyways

I’ve been a loyal customer at this McDonald’s for over 10 years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered three of the $5 meal deals, only to notice that all the drinks were automatically upgraded to large. When I asked why, the manager rudely told me that after 10 PM, all meals are charged with a large drink.

Not only was this frustrating, but his attitude was completely unprofessional. He was rude and dismissive, making no effort to explain the reasoning behind this supposed policy. I’ve never been charged for a large drink when ordering a meal after 10 PM in all my years coming here, so this felt misleading and unfair.

To make matters worse, I spoke with a manager at another McDonald’s location, and she confirmed that this is completely untrue. There is no such policy requiring large drinks after 10 PM. This means either the manager at this location is misinformed or intentionally overcharging customers.

The lack of consistency, dishonesty, and disrespectful treatment I received make me seriously reconsider returning to this location. I hope McDonald’s addresses this issue and ensures customers are treated with honesty and respect.

Beware of mobile orders. Paid for a hot fudge sundae through the mobile app. My container was half full and there was no fudge. The morning crew are amazing, not so much for the night crew.

I was in the right drive thru lane and three other cars placed there order and drove on the left lane, then I drove to another McDonald’s (but they were closed) and came back and still had to wait a long time, and they almost didn’t take my code… they are uneducated evens about the app super dissspoinyed

Order doordash and they didn't put the happy meal inside, I have to get of my house and drive to pick up the happy meal the manager on duty no apologies or offers anything I ask to switch my fries for fresh and he give me cold and no fresh...very disappointed

This is my second review for hervens the young striving employee , today I go in for my order he greets me again ask how’s I’m doing he definitely made my day today not only that but he asked me what’s your ticket number so I can bring your drink while the food is getting bagged then brings my food for me less then a minute I couldn’t believe how fast his service is I’ve never been to any McDonald’s like this give the young man a manager position I only come here because of his great energy he should atleast be a shift supervisor this young man will excell and grow this company up !! @ corporate
