Update..12.21.2024worse is an understatement. Ordered on app went through drive through, pretty busy. Ordered 2 fish and a large fry. They gave me a bag and told me to pull over to #1. I asked what am I waiting for and the guy looked at me like I had 2 heads. So I looked in the bag and only had 1 sandwich. After waiting 12 minutes and watching at least 10 cars go through the drive thru went inside. Had to explain twice what happened. I asked for new food bc it was all cold and the fries were already soggy when I got them. The owner of thos place doesn't give a rats ear. He skimpy on employees and makes customers order at the kiosk. This place gets worse and worse every month.
Worse Mac Donald's in the Country!!!! Service is horrible....22 years living in this area this place gets worse and worse.....the only time this MD was running well was when the big man from honduras was there, he used to do everything!!!!!!!! whoever hires for this MD has no Brains, they are all slow and always in Lala land.........ask them to serve you Onions rings ( they dont sell onions rings) but ask them , ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha the look on their faces is worth the Question......they are soooooooo stupid is not funny anymore

Review of McDonald’s on Pines Blvd and 184th Avenue
As a mom of four, McDonald’s is sometimes a necessity, even though I’m not a fan of fast food. We’ve been coming to this location for four years, and it’s gotten progressively worse.
The biggest issue is the constant mistakes with our orders. Items are often missing, incorrect, or poorly prepared. Customer service is another disappointment—basic courtesies like saying “Good morning” or “Have a nice day” are rare. Interactions feel rushed and indifferent, making the experience even more frustrating.
The drive-thru is consistently slow, even when it’s not busy, and the food is often sloppy. I’m not expecting gourmet meals, but at least give me hot fries and burgers that aren’t falling apart.
It’s a shame because this location could improve with better management and more attention to detail. Until then, I’ll keep my expectations low when we stop here out of necessity.

This is by far the worst location I have even been to. The drive thru is horrible. They are extremely slow, then try to rush you out without giving you all of your food. Every time I order an ice cream cone for my daughter (along with other food), they don't give it to me. I have to tell them I am missing the cone. Also, they NEVER put the sauce in the bag. What is the point of having the sauce on the receipt if they just ignore it? Lazy and completely incompetent. Also, the sandwiches are made extremely sloppy.

Mcdonalds has improved over the years but this one has stayed back.
They constantly forget food in our bags (actually, last time they forgot the whole sandwich lol the only thing we got were fries) and they ignore whatever sauces you want.
The staff also seem to hate being there, if you come to this location it's fine but DO NOT drive away without checking for your food accuracy, because they don't bother checking.

Everytime I order here they mess it up. It never fails. They either forget items or give you the wrong order. I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a sausage burrito meal. They confirmed my order at the pick up window and still gave me the wrong food. I got home and that’s when I noticed it was wrong. I called to complain to a manger because this is a reacquiring issue and they acted like they couldn’t understand me then hung up. This is the closest McDonald’s to me so I have no choice but to come here but it’s truly upsetting when you pay for something and don’t receive it over and over again.

I hate fast food!!!!! But the grandkids wanted some of those fake chicken nuggets on a Friday evening 5 pm. Guess what? They have no nuggets. The last time I was here the ice cream machine wasn’t working! And the service was bad. Well no one wants to work these days. I’m done with Mc Donald’s. Bye bye.
If I could give fewer stars I would. If you are hungry and in a hurry this is not the place to eat. The service is horrible, they are very slow and the orders are delivered incomplete, a total waste of time

I placed an order from this location via DoorDash last night, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Not only was the order partially incorrect, but the fries were also cold, stale, and had an unusual aftertaste. To make matters worse, I found a brown hair intertwined in a fry, which I had to pull out of my mouth. The burger I ordered was similarly cold and stale.
I've noticed that these types of issues tend to happen when I order through DoorDash, as orders directly from the store are generally fine. It feels as though delivery orders are not prioritized, or there may be a process in place for delivery that needs improvement.
