Bathrooms were out of soap as well as every single hand sanitizer station. They were all bone dry and nobody knew. Nobody is washing their hands before serving your food.

Damaris, who I was told was the supervisor need to be removed from this store!! I have lived in Chapel Trail for 21 years and have NEVER been made to feel as she made me feel after ordering from thus store today. I ordered 1 big breakfast, 4 hotcakes with sausage and eggs. I asked for two syrups each (10 total as I had 5 meals). Was that a special request??? She found it important to tell me that she was doing ME a favor with giving me 2 syrups per meal....then was upset that I was upset about it. McDonalds has been around for 100 years. I spent over $43 for this order and I can't request two syrups per meal?? Then had to be addressed as if an exception was made. Get a grip and hire people with some service skills..I will be writing to corporate!!

I ordered a smoothie not frosty. yes a smoothie has ice in it but the whole point of a smoothie is to be able to drink it through a straw. And lets not forget absolutly 0 flavor, barley even the faintest hint of strawberry flavoring. As if this wasen't bad enough I also ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and a large small fries. i ask for barbcue sauce and when I ask if I can have another 2 (its a big combo and its going to be shared with other people) employee has the audacity to snarl at me. yeah stay away from this location. The other comments are not lying.

Went there before a dog event and got a fish sandwich and nuggets from my boys
Update..12.21.2024worse is an understatement. Ordered on app went through drive through, pretty busy. Ordered 2 fish and a large fry. They gave me a bag and told me to pull over to #1. I asked what am I waiting for and the guy looked at me like I had 2 heads. So I looked in the bag and only had 1 sandwich. After waiting 12 minutes and watching at least 10 cars go through the drive thru went inside. Had to explain twice what happened. I asked for new food bc it was all cold and the fries were already soggy when I got them. The owner of thos place doesn't give a rats ear. He skimpy on employees and makes customers order at the kiosk. This place gets worse and worse every month.
Worse Mac Donald's in the Country!!!! Service is horrible....22 years living in this area this place gets worse and worse.....the only time this MD was running well was when the big man from honduras was there, he used to do everything!!!!!!!! whoever hires for this MD has no Brains, they are all slow and always in Lala land.........ask them to serve you Onions rings ( they dont sell onions rings) but ask them , ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha the look on their faces is worth the Question......they are soooooooo stupid is not funny anymore
