Great drive up service Deontre (sorry on the spelling) was very pleasant and very professional. Young lady dispatching the food 2nd window was very professional and they missed an item after I checked she apologized and was very nice. I stopped in on 2/28 9:00 am.

Food was fine. Service slow and employees attitude very bad. (You would think customers are not paying for the orders but asking for favors). Items missing requiring trips to the counter where you wait again. No apologies, no thank you, nothing. Atmosphere is loud because of the many people standing around a small counter area and the order yelling didn't help either. This is a systemic issue at this location. They change personnel and nothing changes. Bad service.

Order was incorrect three times*. The employees there are always socializing. I would say whatever but they ALWAYS forget something. How do you forget ro give a burger with a happy meal. It’s a HAMBURGER happy meal. Like? And if I specifically ask for sauce why not? like why do i have to go back into the store. They push the items into your car and close the window. They’re disgusting tbh. It’s a hit miss because some of the employees there are very polite.
