Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

They told me they don’t offer samples anymore??? The Dulce de Leche tasted OFF tonight… almost like it could be spoiled or have cleaning chemicals. Would not have gotten it if I could have tried it first. Only good part was the toppings. Also thought it was messed up to be putting the spoons in the cup before calculating the weight. Very sneaky. Disappointed with this RIP OFF experience.

Very unkept! Not clean at all! Please!! Someone needs to clean this place urgently. All the lids on the toppings are dirty. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. My kids are allergic to peanuts. The peanut toppings were very messy. I can't trust the other toppings are not contaminated. I walked in and no one was here. I thought that was a good thing at the time, as I did not have to deal with lots of people or long lines. But now I know why no one was there.

I was reading old reviews from this place. However today 08/13/25 the cashier was super nice and we were allowed to try the flavors. Everything was clean and very yummy!!

Today (7/25/2025 around 5:30 PM), I went to this ice cream place with my four kids — a spot we’ve visited many times before. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.

After we paid, my daughter mentioned that the condensed milk syrup on her ice cream tasted off. It turned out she had gotten the last bit from the container. My son politely approached the cashier to let her know and asked if we could have it replaced. The response? A flat-out “no”, we were told we’d have to pay again for something that clearly wasn’t right to begin with.

To make things worse, the cashier and two other employees (a boy and a girl) started laughing and talking among themselves like it was some kind of joke. A minute later, one of them (a girl with curly hair) actually did change the condensed milk, proving that they knew something was wrong. The girl with long hair who handled this situation came off as completely unprofessional and dismissive.

It’s ridiculous that we were expected to pay again for a topping that had clearly gone bad. No apology. No accountability.

We’ve been loyal customers, but after this experience, I’m not sure we’ll be back. This place seriously needs better customer service and management.

Horrible experience, the girl working on 6/14/2025 at 12:50pm was incredible rude to me. I come to get ice cream weekly and I had never get such a bad experience before. The ice cream machine did not have the name of the flavors on and I asked her if maybe the flavors were on the back since there were not flavors and she said oh is not working, I tried the machine and it was working, when I told her about it she made a bad face and was very rude, your franchise should do better with the people you hire.

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

Went tonight and the topping station was so gross, disgusting a complete mess. I told the 2 attendants (guy and girl) at the register and they looked at me like I had three heads . They stood there and did nothing and didn’t even apologize. The girl just smiled like “ okay and “ I was confused at their reaction .

Clean place and fast service

Celebrated a family members birthday at Anthony’s pizza and was going to menchies for dessert. Absolutely disgusting how they allowed a dog inside even though the sign says no dogs allowed. My child is severely allergic to dogs so we didn’t go inside once we saw the dog inside. It’s gross how they let a dog in letting it shed its hair and germs all over the fresh toppings and the employees didn’t give a crap. Will not return!

Love this menchies because they have marshmallows and the chocolate dip that hardens on the the ice cream.

Low fat way to eat ice cream. The actually sell yogurt . 71 cents an ounce. Very good. Always busy but it is still very fast. We go there lot.

If I could give less stars I would. So my wife and I just walked in here to get some frozen yogurt. She had to go to the bathroom so when she got there she asked if she could use the bathroom the and the employee said no. So then I asked if I could get a sample cup and the employee said they dont give sample cups at that location. I’ve been to plenty of menchies and this is the first time I was told that they don’t give sample cups. After he said no to the sample cups my wife said that’s fine we will go to the menchies out west (west of I-75) the employee them responded with a laugh amd said “ that’s fine you go do that” wjhioe walking towards the back of the store laughing. I will never return to this location and I will make sure I let anyone I know not to go to this location.

Floors were dirty employees were in the back loud. Had to wait for them to come out to be charge. It’s been a couple of months I noticed the place is going down in quality so sad.
