Aleays clean and well stocked. Staff is always pleasant.
The service was very bad. Just lots of attitude.
I'd been craving Menchis for a week, and I wanted to try one near my house, in Pembroke Pines. I can't believe they didn't give me the chance to try samples, like I've done a thousand times before at other Menchis locations. I'm always interested in trying new flavors before buying; for me, it's the most common thing in any ice cream shop to let you taste them first. I'm still in shock that they told me “we don’t do free samples”… how am I supposed to know if I like the flavor? Or if it's my first time, wouldn't they even let me try a small sample? I find it absurd and terrible customer service coming from such a well-known and large company as Menchis.
No samples ? No samples? How are customers supposed to try the flavors you’re offering? Cutting expenses in this way just cuts your customer base. It’s not well managed, and it shows. Offering samples is a basic part of driving interest and sales — without them, the experience falls flat. do you
Although the yogurt is great. It’s hard not to be grossed out the entire time. Menchies in Pembroke Pines is busy with non-stop traffic. You would think a SELF SERVICE toppings bar would allow the staff to have more free time to clean up. Every single time I come to have a family outing we would like to enjoy our yogurt there at the location, but everywhere you turn it’s sticky, all three garbages pulled up and overflowing. Meanwhile the staff sits inside the register area laughing and talking with each other. Our feet literally make noises while we walk because of how sticky the floors are. I hope this review gets to the right person to make some changes.
I couldn’t have a sample of the froyo before buying it. What place that sells frozen treats does that? The pistachio tasted disgusting. A waste. If I had tasted it before buying I wouldn’t have gotten it and gotten something else. If you don’t care if people enjoy what they buy at your store, just say that. The place was also a sticky mess, overflowing trash can and the tables didn’t have many chairs.
The cones taste like dog food. Do not get them for your own sanity
They told me they don’t offer samples anymore??? The Dulce de Leche tasted OFF tonight… almost like it could be spoiled or have cleaning chemicals. Would not have gotten it if I could have tried it first. Only good part was the toppings. Also thought it was messed up to be putting the spoons in the cup before calculating the weight. Very sneaky. Disappointed with this RIP OFF experience.
Very unkept! Not clean at all! Please!! Someone needs to clean this place urgently. All the lids on the toppings are dirty. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. My kids are allergic to peanuts. The peanut toppings were very messy. I can't trust the other toppings are not contaminated. I walked in and no one was here. I thought that was a good thing at the time, as I did not have to deal with lots of people or long lines. But now I know why no one was there.
I was reading old reviews from this place. However today 08/13/25 the cashier was super nice and we were allowed to try the flavors. Everything was clean and very yummy!!

Today (7/25/2025 around 5:30 PM), I went to this ice cream place with my four kids — a spot we’ve visited many times before. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.
After we paid, my daughter mentioned that the condensed milk syrup on her ice cream tasted off. It turned out she had gotten the last bit from the container. My son politely approached the cashier to let her know and asked if we could have it replaced. The response? A flat-out “no”, we were told we’d have to pay again for something that clearly wasn’t right to begin with.
To make things worse, the cashier and two other employees (a boy and a girl) started laughing and talking among themselves like it was some kind of joke. A minute later, one of them (a girl with curly hair) actually did change the condensed milk, proving that they knew something was wrong. The girl with long hair who handled this situation came off as completely unprofessional and dismissive.
It’s ridiculous that we were expected to pay again for a topping that had clearly gone bad. No apology. No accountability.
We’ve been loyal customers, but after this experience, I’m not sure we’ll be back. This place seriously needs better customer service and management.
Best frozen yogurt in town!!
Nice new spot for our favorite sweet treat. New summer flavor are fun
Horrible experience, the girl working on 6/14/2025 at 12:50pm was incredible rude to me. I come to get ice cream weekly and I had never get such a bad experience before. The ice cream machine did not have the name of the flavors on and I asked her if maybe the flavors were on the back since there were not flavors and she said oh is not working, I tried the machine and it was working, when I told her about it she made a bad face and was very rude, your franchise should do better with the people you hire.
Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.
