Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

the froyo was fine but the 2 kids working the register today were disgusting to say the least, literally gossiping about me right in front of my face saying “yikes” and then turn the iPad asking for a tip. a tip for what, at least teach your cashiers to have basic respect to say hello, you can’t even say hello but have the voice to ask for a tip after you just were gossiping about a customer right in front of them? menchies do better and hire people that have respect because it seems like other people are having the same issue with this location.

The kids working there are talking amongst themselves , they can’t even great you because they are too busy in their conversations. The place is dirty and the ice cream is too soft almost melted. The tables are dirty not to mention the chairs. When you are paying the kids are expecting a ‘tip’, I don’t know for what? They didn’t assist in anything, but give me a spoon. This place needs training or new employees.

I just went today and the cashier is this teenage girl who seems disinterested in everything and has an attitude. They don’t have little testing cups so I asked the cashier how can we try the flavors and she said “you don’t” with attitude. I’ve never been to a froyo place that doesn’t allow you to taste the flavors before getting it. The place looks dirty, you can tell this young girl doesn’t clean.

This place is amazing, the variety of flavors is awesone, I love the mango which they seems to change up at times. The toppings are great. Great customer service. The price is very reasonable. 10/10 for me.

Parking: The parking is easy. And plenty of it.

This place is horrible!!! After coming 2 times I have to send a review!!! The first time, when paying, my husband accidentally spilled the ice cream glass and the employees, instead of helping us, waited for us to clean it and only made them laugh… lack of professionalism! It seems disrespectful to me that they laugh at the customer, today I went again and when she handed me the spoon a hair fell into my ice cream... the employee saw me taking it away and just said "it's ok"... this makes me never come back go more to this place

Two of three of the flavors I selected were delicious but they do NOT allow you try the flavors before putting them in your cup, and the third flavor was HORRIBLE AND WATERY but I wasn’t allowed to try first. If I had been able try it I wouldn’t have selected it but… well you.That’s weird to me. Frozen yogurt and ice cream parlor always allow you to taste a flavor before you buy. And the gross flavor was chocolate, who messes up chocolate?I’m confused. I used to come here years ago and it was great, there must be new ownership. I am glad I didn’t bring my family here like I had planned.

The trash is overflowing everywhere. The syrups are all empty. They have two kids working the store, definitely need more staff to actually run this business

I always love visiting Menchie's. The inside is always very clean, they have a huge variety of toppings and flavors of frozen yogurt, and the staff are always great to interact with. There is plenty of seating available and its never too crowded.
