I try not to leave bad reviews, but this one is necessary. There's a heavy-set Hispanic lady who takes the orders, and her customer service is consistently terrible. She always has a bad attitude, and it feels forced every time I interact with her. She frequently gets my orders wrong, almost as if it's intentional. It's gotten to the point where I have to thoroughly check my food to ensure nothing is missing or tampered with.

I went through the drive thru and the girl on the speaker was extremely rude all because I asked if yall had juice. I genuinely thought yall only had sodas then she wanna pretend she didn’t hear me at all when she asked which one I wanted an proceeded to give me a drink I didn’t want in the first place she made the interaction very hard to even order I was about to back out but someone was behind me the food was ok ,but please check on your employees and make sure there well being is ok because she probably was having the worst day ever because of who ever or pay them more because how you gonna get mad if I asked if you have juice I really didn’t know only my second time coming here.

We recently visited Miami Grill, which has the added flair of being part-owned by Pitbull, adding to the vibrant Miami vibe. We ordered two cheese steaks with the mozzarella sticks meal, which comes with a drink. After reviewing our receipt I realized were charged for a whole sub but on received half like we ordered.
The soda machine was out of root beer, ginger ale, and lemonade—total bummer since those are the only sodas I like. When we arrived, the employees were on their phones but jumped into action once we placed our order. The interior of the restaurant was modern, with a sleek design and bright, welcoming colors, and we were the only guests.
We weren’t sure if we were supposed to clear our own tables since the trash cans were all the way on the other side of the restaurant. On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean, which was a relief.
Parking: Plenty of parking around all of the entry doors.
Those cheessteaks were bussin. That means good lol

I normally get the same thing every time I drive thru. Always great. Gyro with everything, extra tziki sauce, nathan fries coke and chocolate milkshake. Milkshake was super. Fries n coke like always but the gyro was a hot mess. 1 wilted little piece of lettuce. Didn't see the onion nor tomatoe and instead of the little extra container of tzikiki sauce they instead added it directly in the gyro. By the time got home, 10 min. Ride it was a soggy mess. The pita bread was inedible. I was so dissapointed. This was last Thursday after work. I just didn't have the energy to drive back. Hopefully will be the exception.

They gave me the wrong order once I got to work. I checked out the food. I contacted them to let them know about them messing up my order. She’s told me that the district manager won’t be in for a couple of days so I need to hold the food and bring it back Extremely ignorant of the woman that I spoke to no help at all. I definitely won’t eat their food again.
Had a gyro combo and mozzarella sticks. Everything was good, but I expected more by the name of the place. Pollo Tropical next door is better and feels less of a fast food vibe, just not open as late as Miami Grill.

Cashier 3001 needs training in customer service I ask her for hot sauce and ketchup. Cashier 3001 attitude was very horrible. I ask her a question this lady went from 100 to 1000 I just pulled off. The fries were not cooked and half a cup of Pepsi. All I was trying to get my order correct ?♀️?? I pray she is not a supervisor
