The service was horrendous i came to the drive thru to place an order like i do at least once every week. The female was Spanish with black curly hair –_–….. She made me repeat myself several timestimes and I’m a frequent customer, so i always accurately place my order and provide all needed details patiently either her headset wasn’t working or im losing my voice because i literally started yelling my responses since she couldn’t hear me. Eventually i got to the payment window i advised her that i wanted to use my reward for $5off in my loyalty app, there goes the repetition, not only that she tried looking up with me name she told me that i didn’t have an acc –_–… im looking at my app! Finally a Spanish male with a headset came over and was so rude he literally told me i didn’t have to yell after being told i couldn’t be heard several times prior. Also asked me if i knew where i was? As if i didn’t drive myself to place an order at this restaurant on purpose. He tried arguing with me responding to every comment in sarcasm and condescending comments tit for tat and then tried to tell me he can cancel my order. The problem with companies now they hire staff that are careless about the brand and will provoke problems and refuse service and that’s a big issue! This was the 2nd time WORST EXPERIENCE here. Not to mention they make allot of mistakes with details no NAPKINS WERE PROVIDED DURING THIS VISIT BUT I DEFINITELY RECEIVED POOR SERVICE THE RECEIPT DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE EITHER. Please watch your business with these careless employees

Raw fish, wrong burger, long wait, n don't go drive thru if youve any phobia, stuck there 20 minutes surrounded by trees, bugs, n no way out, was starting to hyper ventilate at the end, no go

Usually order is correct. Today I got fried wings instead of grilled. Grilled is always tastier, more than the fried wings. Too far n too late to drive back. Unfortunately had to throw away as fried food too harsh on my stomach. Was for tomorrow's lunch. .However, The original Philly cheese steak was tender nJuicy, bread soft n fresh. Will go again, but now will open all containers..on a safety note, the staples used to close bag, could fall into the containers when opening bag, would not like to swallow one by mistake! Suggest the tear away tape that many restaurants use for take out orders.
Took a bite of my salad and noticed something moving. Would give it a negative 100 because why is there a bug in people food.

I ordered chicken pita. The chicken was horrible. It was like eating rubber. They have definitely stepped down from the fresh grilled chicken to the fake chicken. I will never return what a disappointed. Waste of money.
Too loud, gyro was cold, the extra sauce was supposed to be cucumber sauce, it was thick sour cream. Yuk! The place was empty at 6:30 p.m. yet the same person who takes orders from drive through is the person who took my order. She was absolutely distracted. Eating out is a mess for fast food these days and so expensive. Restaurants are no better. I pity servers.

I ordered a chicken grilled pita it was made perfect with extra tzatziki sauce. It was hot and fresh the way it’s supposed to be. I highly recommend this location by the Pembroke Lakes Mall the management and the staff are doing a professional job.

I went here based on a Tik Tok review. I'll just say they lied about the wings. The wings were miniscule and tasteless. The place while clean and updated was empty. A red flag that will not be ignored again in the future.

How do you justify 45 cents for a side of sauce. When your $20 sandwiches look like this… and they used to be under $10. On top of that who raps a “foot long sub” with just one rap leaving one side sticking out. Do better or fail faster. Spending $30 in total for two thing to handed out a window with attitude.
