I've been a Florida Native a long time and Miami Grill's is one the most notable restaurants in Miami and Broward. I've eatin Miami Grills a very long time ago and back then the quality was out of this world. However after Covid everything just went down hill. I would rather eat cardboard than eat here. The wings are literallly 90% bread and 10% chicken, they are so tiny and they compensate by giving you a boat load of fries. The fries aren't even good any more. As of today I'm done eating Miami Grills the quality is just so bad it's laughable. I'm not paying this money to eat cardboard anymore. I've had enough. Enough is enough. I will take my business else where. I miss the old Miami Grill where the wings and fries was so delicious. Literally the wings taste like chalk and card board. ??It's funny how they spend a boat load of money to remodel the restuarant but they can't but they're food quality is horrendous.Staff: They're okay. But they will get your order wrong majority of the time and if you change your mind about an item they will just leave the old item on there.Food: Food quality is horendous back in 2014 I would recommened this place over and over but 2024? Stay clear away!Atmosphere: It's pretty dead in there people rarely eat in only go through drive throug.

Bought two hot dogs. They taste like rubber and were cold. Went to the Miami subs in Hollywood, much better experience.

Hot crispy fries, cold fizzy soda and good tasty cheese steak sub. Just what the body needs after a day of moving furniture.

Clean store and helpful staff. Unfortunately the food isn’t what I remember and the menu is a major compromise. Meh.

The first blonde employee I encountered I asked if they still have fried clam strips and she just looked at me confused. Didn't try to find out and walked away after I explained I needed a minute to check the menu. Then another female employee walked up and when I asked if they still have clam strips she said it's available to order, just not showing up on the screen wall menu. So I placed my order for fried shrimp and fries with colelslaw and a side order of fried clam strips. The order for some reason took unusually long, especially considering the dining area was empty, no customers were in line...and the drive thru had maybe one car.When I finally got my order I sat down and noticed the shrimp were fried extra dark and was hoping they weren't OVER FRIED. Sadly, After taking a bite, they were super greasy, rubbery shrimp and the breading was fried much harder than a typical fried shrimp. Whomever fried the shrimp left them WAY TOO LONG in the fryer.... if they left them any longer they would have been burned.I ate a second shrimp hoping they weren't as bad as I had imagined, and unfortunately a mouth full of grease and overly fried rubbery shrimp.I considered walking back to the counter and voicing my concern but figured I would be met with annoyance and my food possibly spit on when they re-made the shrimp. So instead I ate the fries, colelslaw and clam strips and had no choice but to throw out the inedible overcooked shrimp.What a waste of time, money and food. It now explains why the dining area was empty while Pollo Tropical next door was filled with customers. That should have been a red flag. Sadly, Miami Sub's (before Miami Grill rebranded) use to be a regular spot me and my friends often ate at. Sadly, the quality isn't what it use to be.
Really good crispy chicken and great southern style fries. Excellent value. We were surprised to find this restaurant virtually empty because they had some great deals on offer. Only reason for less than 5 stars is because the fountain drink dispenser was faulty.
Have always loved Miami Grill, however this location has an extreme issue with never toasting the bread on the meatball sub and they always give it to me room temp where the cheese isn't even melted. C'Mon folks, fix the food quality and consistency issues. The people are friendly, so just step it up a notch. Today my mozzarella sticks were hot and in better shape than my sandwich.... Again.

Doesn’t it suck when order your food via drive thru and get home so hungry and ready to devour your food but then, bam, your order is totally wrong. Well this happened to me. I ordered an extra cheese and steak sandwich but got a sandwich with EVERYTHING I didn’t want- onions, mushrooms and peppers. I called and the manager asked Me to drive back and bring back the sandwich. To which o responded, I live 40 mins away, if I go back I’d like more than a new sandwich. So she said she would need to speak to the owner. I drove back and long story short- I am deeply disappointed in both manager and owner who didn’t care to go above and beyond for me. All I received was a new sandwich. Management clearly doesn’t believe in customer service. I trusted them to get my order right, and they didn’t even trust I had the wrong order that they had to ask for the sandwich back. Not only did I drive back, I drove back with a crying baby and hungry AF. Because I have yet to eat- thanks for ruining my Sunday afternoon.
