This used to be my go to spot! I used to come here a lot back in the day (From 2012-2017). The restaurant had such a great vibe before the renovations, such as unpadded wooden seats, yellow lanterns above the tables, all-around window seating (as soon as you walk in towards the left of the restaurant. The windows have covered up).
Not only was there a vibe, but the food and drinks (especially the drinks), were so much better back then! Great deals, too! Now, all that is gone, and it doesn't feel the same. The food doesn't hit like it used to! Such a shame. I rarely come now. ☹️

Everything from the soda to the entrees were completely wrong, my burger was medium rare when I ordered well done. My wife's food was wrong as well, we just wanted to eat at the very place we met when we were kids for our anniversary since we worked at ale house when we were kids and had a horrible experience ended up just taking our entire dinner to go after sitting there waiting for things to be remade. I will say our waiter was a nice gentlemen but maybe he needs to start writing things down because he didnt take a single note of anything and on two occasions came back to ask what it was we ordered. 2 stars is a generous rating and normally im not calm and collected but since it was our anniversary I was not going to let my temper ruin a goodnight for my wife. I tipped 20% but as a ex waiter myself I generally tip 35% minimum whereever I go. Massively disappointed and if I ever go to another ale house again it would only be for beer, never the food with this experience.

This was our first time at this location..Our server was attentive.not missing a beat..I always get the brisket burger at any ale house but this ale house had the best brisket burger to date. So flavorful juicy and didn't skimp on the toppings.. my husband got the osso buco. It was tender and delicious not dried out like some we've had. Save room for the captain jack.. best ice cream dessert on the menu. I recommend this place
Nice place, good bar food, good service.

I have been a MAH customer for years at different locations. But maybe I should have listened to some friends who told me about the bad vibes at the Pembroke Pines location? I invited 10 employees over for dinner. When we arrived, 5 of us sat down waiting for the rest (eventually 3 couldn't come so it ended up being 8). The receptionist was very nice and told us to take one of the 5 free tables that were available so we sat there. After a minute a 🤷🏻♂️manager?? came over to ask: " how many of you are there going to be?". (NOT hello, hi, my name is..nothing!). We said: right now 9 or 10. She then proceeded to literally bark at us. No! I need to know now if there are going to be more than 8 so I'm setting up another table! 😤. So we said sorry just for now we are 8🤷🏻♂️. She then walk away annoyed . The atmosphere was bad at that moment🫣. After a minute my friend asked this person something about a burger on the menu. This person stared at him for a while and yelled I AM NOT YOUR SERVER!!! YOU MUST WAIT FOR HER!!! with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! My friend was in shock. We were about to leave this place due this disgusting situation when our waitress showed up with a big smile and said hello my name is..., and changed the horrible toxic atmosphere completely. We just finished having a fantastic dinner as always at MAH. But we were 1 second away from leaving the place with a horrible feeling of being mistreated by a horrible person. I want to complain about this situation, my guests were exposed unnecessarily. Before we left, we asked for this person’s name and we were told that she was NOT a manager but a waitress named SANDRA. So, I would NOT recommend going to Miller's Ale House in its Pembroke Pines location if people like this employee mistreat you just because she was in a bad mood. Be aware!

Our Bartender Shannon always takes amazing care of my friend and I when we come in after work. Our drinks not only taste fantastic but her energy and quick service proves shes very skilled and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Miller’s Ale House for over 10 years. I love the menu and have always had great experiences! But my first visit to the Pembroke Pines location was a total disappointment. To begin with, I was surprised they didn’t have an outdoor terrace or smoking area, but I decided to stay because of the trust I have in the brand.
The food was fine, no complaints there, but the service was another story. Yesterday was Election Day in the U.S., and the restaurant was almost empty. I politely asked the server if it was possible to adjust one of the TVs to follow the election coverage, and she referred the request to someone who seemed to be the manager. And here’s the infuriating part: this person, without even introducing himself or showing an ounce of courtesy, curtly told us they couldn’t show “politics or religion.” There was no “sorry,” no polite explanation—nothing. We felt censored and, honestly, mistreated.
I understand there may be company policies, but the way this was handled was unacceptable! What kind of customer service is this? A manager should know how to read situations and treat loyal customers with respect. I did not expect such a disappointing experience from Miller’s Ale House. Please, improve the attitude of your staff toward customers!
