Love this place!! Was greeted promptly at the front. Seated right away. Waitress came promptly got our drink order came back about 5 minutes later, took our order and within 15-20 minutes our food was out to us. Our server was a delight and super attentive!!! Thank you
My daughter and I came here after leaving Buffalo Wild Wings because their service is terrible over there.

Unfortunately Not my favorite Miller’s experience….
I visited this location on a Sunday night- not too busy when we went. We were seated immediately. Server was polite, but we had issues.
First we ordered drinks. My “double-shot” mule was unimpressive. Didn’t taste like they doubled It but honestly, whatever. We ordered an appetizer as the drinks came out, and ordered our entrees at the same time. After about 25 minutes of no food, i knew something was wrong. Eventually a different server brought out our entrees—- but we still hadn’t gotten the appetizer? Anywho, server comes out and apologizes. No big deal, just a mistake. They assured they’d bring the forgotten appetizer out momentarily. So, i bite into my fish n’ chips dinner and was sososo deeply disappointed. 😔. The fish was fried hard to a crisp, over cooked and overly battered. The batter was fried so hard It completely separated from the fish itself. I didn’t even bother telling the server because the rest of the meal had been so poor we were just ready to go. We asked for the bill, they brought the bill, -AND the appetizer finally 😭- and we left.
I love Miller’s tbh but this experience sucked. Not coming back.

Just like any other sports bar, food is not bad , there are good and bad servers but for the most part everything is good overall. When it gets busier, waiters are less customer service oriented though , usually on the weekends. Never had a problem with food, bathrooms are clean and management seems to care for customers.

We were seated immediately when we walked in as it wasn't very busy but waited 20min to even be acknowledged by any worker. We decided to leave when we noticed the waiter took orders for a couple that were seated much later than us. It was all very weird because about 3 or 4 workers did look at us but nobody would acknowledge us like we were invisible... we felt discriminated as farfetched as that sounds but when you're being looked at and not chosen to be served thats how that feels. i will never go back to this location.

Firstly, my party of 12 waited for an hour for our food, cooker was drinking, we order 48 chicken wings and they came raw, we call the manager and his explanation was that when they fried the chicken a vein pop and it give the color red (blood) to the chicken make no sense his explanation. No human being eat medium raw the chicken, the manager explanation was vague and stupid since when the vein will cause blood on the chicken …..our waitress Taylor was great we know she was busy but they rest poor.

Walked into to the Miller's Ale house and requested to sit in the high chair section by the bar.While being seated we heard the waitress scream out this section is closed, the seater informed her that Mike okayed it. The waitress stormed by us and never came back.We sat there for over 15 minutes and got no service. My wife suggested we leave so we did. I'm very disappointed in the service we didn't receive, I feel the waitress was very unprofessional and disrespectful. There were other people sitting in the area enjoying their orders. I feel obligated to submit this review because paying customers shouldn't have to experience episodes like this from the employees.
As a retired veteran, customer service was awful. They wouldn’t give us a highchair, knowing I have a disability and no one didn’t come to our table very unprofessional service.
