Don’t eat here, they will charge you for your bill but once you left the place they will change the amount for whatever they want once the have your card information.

I had a craving for Mofongo and the restaurant I usually go to, Casa Borinquen, when I'm in town was just closing when I arrived. I searched for another restaurant and came across Mofongo House. I figured, with a name like Mofongo House, it should be good.....NOT!!! I ordered mofongo with shrimp in red sauce and my husband ordered mofongo with shrimp in garlic sauce, and we had a side of tostones.
Tasted the tostones, it was good. The mofongo was ok. I figured the sauce from the shrimp would level it up a bit.
The shrimp was HORRIBLE!!! I've never had garlic shrimp, or garlic anything that had absolutely NO garlic flavor. Both shrimp dishes were so awful, as soon we tasted them, I went straight to the cashier, paid, left, and threw it in the trash. Please do better. With a name like Mofongo House, come on. It was atrocious. Please do better. The waitress was nice though.

I ordered the mini Mofongo with shrimps and they were horrible, not enough sauce and it didn't look fresh. I will not order from them again. I will also not recommend them

had and uber order here and i have to say i’m upset with the service they mad me wait 40 minutes and on top of that when the order was ready the woman at the front spent another 15 minutes chatting with a friend of hers. And to add to this the kitchen staff was grabbing beers and drinking as they made all the food.

Sancochos delicious 😋

If i could give 0 stars i would first of the chuleta was so thin a paper was thicker than the chuleta they were also small like if the chuleta was for a 4year old. we ordered a churrasco and they put so much vinegar on it you couldn’t even eat it HORRIBLE food please dont waste your money

I have to say the outside does not do this place justice!!! The food was amazing. Clean . And the service was top notch!

This place is truly a vibe. Small shop. Lots of tables. A disco ball on top. 3 gaming machines. Spanish songs playing out loud. The food is incredible. The mofongo has pork rinds which were hard to chew through but the rest of the dish was delicious. Chicken was well seasoned. Topping of onions was just perfect. I tried streak and fried pork as well. They were amazing. Definitely going back.
The only issue was the language barrier but we all can work through it.
